Over the Christmas holiday my family scheduled a tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau. Our driver, Michael, was very pleasant, informative, and punctual. Michael was waiting in the airport with a sign and communicated where he would pick us up after our tour. I definitely recommend everyone tours the camps once and using the Tour Guides in Krakow helped to make this happen for us.

Our guests from India loved the guides of this company, everybody had a great time in Krakow.
The booking is very easy with a company, they are very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. They were else very flexible and understanding anytime we had issues.
I would recommend their services to anybody, especially for groups.

We have just returned from our 2nd visit to Krakow. We were also there last January when we met Tony Ryan, after discussing with one of the boys who operate the electric cars that we wanted to visit Auschwitz. He organised that we meet Tony who we found very helpful and knowledgeable. He took my husband and I, in a private luxurious car, to visit the concentration camp which was an incredibly moving experience. He organised an English speaking guide and waited for us while we were in the camp and when we had finished took us to the second camp. He then drove us around and showed us the remains of Candida - where the possessions of the prisoners were assessed and sent of to various parts of Germany.
The next day Tony took us to the Salt Mines. Again he waited for us and organised an English speaking guide. Every penny we spent with Tony was worthwhile. He is a fountain of information and goes out of his way to be helpful and informative.
On our remaining days he organised our visits to Schindlers factory, the Jewish Quarter and the gettos. We have been on other city tours and unfortunately never found as informative or helpful a guide as Tony.
We returned this year on 8th January with 2 friends. Tony took them on similar visits to us - all the important tourist sites. They found him wonderful. I know you can do these tours on a crowded bus but we would not hesitate in recommending Tony. It is not too expensive and you are sitting in luxury and learning a lot more about the area than you would in the company of a large group.
We just wish we could find a 'Tony' on every city break we have. I don't think that would be so easy.

Our guide Eliza met us promptly at our hotel and was ready to hit the road on our quest to find the city our ancestors were from. She shared alot of history about all the areas we passed, on our 2 hours drive into the countryside. Even though our final destination was not what we had hoped for, she showed us other beautiful towns in the surrounding areas. She was a delight to have share our day with and when we go back to Krakow, we will certainly hire her again. She gave us other areas for us to visit on our next trip. We are already planning our next trip. We would recommend her highly.

Eliza leaded us to a very interesting and delightful tour in Krakow travelling trough the past, the Castle, the Jewish existence, the comunism and nowadays. She has a deep knowledge about the history, the issues and the lost heritage of the vanished jews and the change from comunism to liberalism.

Booked a tour to be picked up from our hotel at 10am in the morning to visit Auschwitz and it cost £273. the day before i telephoned to give our exact hotel location which is where they said we'd get picked up from and they asked if i could also message them with the details for verification. later that day (only 12hrs before we were due to go) we were messaged and told that we were to be at a different hotel, which was the other side of the city and that we were to be there at 6am not 10AM as i had booked !!! as they wouldnt change it for us we had no choice but to cancel as we couldnt possibly make that time and location and now they are refusing to give us a refund as they say we didnt cancel at least 24hrs before the trip ???
VERY BAD COMMUNICATION AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS SO BEWARE!!!
I have no choice but to try and do a credit card chargeback and if that doesnt work i will issue a small claims court application

Massive thanks for EXCELLENT private tour guide TONY RYAN. Highly recommend him. Safe, reliable, professional, super knowledgeable and would recommend him 100%.
My best mate and myself visited Krakow for our 1st trip in March 24. My mate had organised some trips taking recommendations through a visit krakow Facebook group. Through that FB group the planned thermal spa we hoped to visit was closed for 2 weeks. Also we tried to cram so much into our 3 days there so we were unsure if we could do Aushwitz and get back to airport. Tony reached out to my friend, without touting for business, and made a couple of super helpful suggestions, giving local knowledge and experience of length of tours. Cutting long story short due to his helpfulness my friend booked him as private tour guide for 2 of our 3 days. We were 2 females, chaps left at home! Tony was punctual, felt totally safe from meeting him, he us British now living in Poland. Even my mother would feel safe with him as a driver so would recommend using his services especially if single female(s) travellers or those worried about pushy tour sales, or nervous passengers. He also gave useful info about local taxi service BOLT and fact drivers are not insured, and having tried that when we first landed I was also dubious driver had passed a test!! So keep safe and have a wonderful holiday by using TONY RYAN, promise you will have an awesome time. I will definitely be visiting again.

Our tour guide was excellent. Spent much more time than we had initially paid for and had an encyclopedic knowledge of Krakow. There was literally no question that he didn't know the answer to. The tour was a good length and the tour guide was very engaged and an excellent English speaker. Kudos and well done!

Hello,
I am looking for a private guide who can take me and my husband primarily for a short trip to the neighboring town of Stanislaw. We will be arriving in Krakow the evening of May 16th, leaving on the 20th, and visiting Auschwitz on the 19th. So that leaves the 17th or 18th available for this excursion. We might also want a guide to take us to some places in and near Krakow that we would not be seeing on our own. This may include several other people in our group of 8.
Can you help us find a guide?
Mishka

Hello,
I want to contract to hire a guide to take us to Stanislaw, among so other places, ideally on the 18th. With some luck I hope we might get to a municipal office that might have some family records of my husband's father's family.
Please get back to me soon as we are departing on the 13th for Warsaw and want to have things arranged by then though we will still have internet contacts.
Thank you,
Mishka
