We travelled from the UK as a family group of 15 on the 26/12/22 and booked the sleigh ride and the hot pools tour in Zakopane through Poland travel. Maria and Olga were so helpful and advised on different options and prices.The pick ups were reliable and we had the very best time. The sleigh ride was a great experience that we all enjoyed, the lanterns of fire made it very exciting and the horses were fabulous with their bells ringing as they pulled the sleighs along. The hot pools was an amazing full day out and the activities suited everyone in our group.
Thank you so much for all of your help and communication, we highly recommend booking through your company and can honestly say that Zakopane, Poland is so beautiful that we are already hoping to return soon.

I had a special demand : I asked for a pick up from my hotel in Krakow, then go to visit Orava castle in Slovakia, and then pick me down at my hotel in Bratislava. Everything was perfectly fine for a reasonable price. The guide, Ewa, is energetic and did a perfect job, we stopped sometimes in small towns to visit some places I've never heard. Very valuable !

I booked an 8 day tour of Poland with Olga, including stays in Krakow, Warsaw, and Gdansk. We were able to cover a lot of the major sites of Poland in 8 days with the help of friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. Ewa in Auschwitz and Zakopane, and Artur in Warsaw, were especially wonderful. Poland is a beautiful country with a deep history, and its people were very accommodating and kind. Despite the war in neighboring Ukraine, at no point did we feel unsafe or threatened. I wholeheartedly recommend this travel company for a tour of Poland, and I definitely recommend Poland as a touristic destination.

We did the Guided Tour from Vienna to Poland Auschwitz. Our Guide Jen was great, very polite and helpful. The tour it’s self was emotional. I found myself in tears hearing amount the terrible things that occurred. As they say we must never forget. I would recommend using this tour, you are in a private van and you felt very safe.

If you are looking for a full-service tour company to take care of organizing everything you want to do while in Poland, then Poland Travel is absolutely the best. Olga personally took care of every request my wife and I had. One of our requests was a custom 5-hour tour of Wawel Castle and Cathedral with an expert guide. Olga came though perfectly with Barbara as our guide. Barbara took us on a complete tour and explained every detail associated with this incredible site. She was able to answer all our questions in the context of overall Polish history. In addition to the tour, Olga also arranged for drivers to transfer us from Krakow to Zakopane and then from Zakopane to Rzeszow. Poland Travel did a great job for us and we had a wonderful trip to Poland!

Poland travel tours really facilitated our trip to Poland. We started with Quad Biking in Zakopane (if you are looking for something different with a thrill, do not miss this). I sent an email to Poland travels and Andrea sent all the details necessary, paid everything online, hassel free. Driver picked us up and dropped us off from our hotel.
While we were in Krakow we decided to go to Wieliczka salt mine tour (huge beautiful mine) and the day after we went to Auschwitz - Birkenau tour from Krakow (very informative tour).
Sent an email to Andrea again and she organised everything, with constant communication to let us know exactly when the driver will pick us up from our hotel.
We highly recommend Poland travel when visiting Poland. Time saving and hassle free!!!

We booked a trip for a party of 12 from Krakow to Auschwitz/Birkenau.
The driver was bang on time to collect us from our hotel and she was very polite and helpful.
The minibus was very clean with plenty of room for the 12 of us.
The guide we had round Auschwitz was very knowledgeable, but slightly impatient with my husband who has a prosthetic leg so couldn’t walk as quickly as the guide wanted him to.
After both tours, our driver was waiting to take us back to Krakow without having to wait around. Overall a very good trip.

I was initially concerned on the booking process. But they were very responsive and helpful via emails. I went on a "Solo Tank ride" experience and it was the best. I definitely recommend them.
And Poland (Krakow & Warsaw) is now in my top 5 destinations, out of the 22 Countries i have traveled to until now.

On the administrative end, I worked with Olga, and she set me up with Artur who was my tour guide for about 7 hours at Treblinka. It was a WONDERFUL experience on both accounts. Everything was conducted professionally and efficiently and Artur was an encyclopedia of knowledge regarding history, politics, and the very tragic story of the place.
We also had a wonderful lunch where we discussed the nuances of Polish cuisine. All in all, I recommend Poland Travel highly. Thank you Olga and Artur!

We took a guided tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau. We also took a separate tour to the saltmine with Poland Travel. The service from booking , transport arrangements and the tours themselves were really good. I would recommend booking through their site as they are also best value for money . The tour guides were excellent as well at both sites. You need to be fairly fit to do a the walking but we'll worth it .
