Disclaimer, I'm not very fit and I'm overweight. So the tour itself is great, every human being alive should see Auschwitz once in their lifetime, it's a real reminder and warning for the future. Salt mines are very nice to see, especially if you have never been in a mine before. Driver was nice, and guides, Tjaša and Piotr were fantastic. Now the bad sides: Mini bus is extremely uncomfortable for anyone except for children and small women, it's very narrow, seats are smaller than on any aeroplane and there is absolutely no storage space for your luggage. Tour is physically demanding, all in all I made 17500 steps, but keep in mind, that you have to tackle 800 steps in a salt mine, most if them downhill, but still not easy

Amazing trip with great guides. Both guides at Auschwitz and Salt Mine were passionate and professional. Strongly recommend unless you cannot walk too much.

This was a once in a lifetime experience especially visiting both camps at Auschwitz. You learn so much and really witness first hand the scale of everything. I would recommend this experience highly, worth every penny. You get picked up, the driver is very friendly, you get driven to Auschwitz, they play a documentary in the bus on the way there about the camps, you visit both camps with an excellent guide. You then get driven to the salt mine, which is very deep and has many many tunnels underground with a pretty fascinating history and amazing salt sculptures. Very very interesting and lots and lots of walking. Very long day but well worth every penny!

We had a wonderful day with Krystian as our driver and organizer. Every detail was well-planned and flowed nicely. Our individual guides at Auschwitz-Birkenau and then the salt mines were fantastic and I felt that we definitely had enough time. As a side note, I do recommend combining Auschwitz with the salt mines. It was quite a long day, and it may seem like an odd combination, but we felt that ending with the salt mines was a bit of a nice respite after the emotional experiences at Auschwitz-Birkenau.

The tour was very detailed and great! The tour guides take care of everything, from picking us up, transporting, answering questions and providing food. At first we thought this would be too long of a day with both places, but it was just enough to keep busy all day and still have break times.
