Andrzej and Mr.Shuttle saved the day!

We had a day which started horrible and was saved by Andrzej the Amazing (aka Da Boss) and Mr. Shuttle Transfers.

We were supposed to get to Praha with Sodo Visitour bus, which didn’t show up, allegedly had a delay but there was no contact with the driver and no info at the bus station.

After a bit of searching for other options (neither of which would get us to Praha at decent time) we stumbled upon Mr. Shuttle.

Amazing crew at dispatch (whoop whoop for Zuzanna!) found us an 8 seater and a driver in under 1.5hr. Great communication and service.

Andrzej (who got a nickname Da Boss) got us to Praha in great time (safely, with stops at nice gas stations), expertly avoiding traffic and keeping the whole bus entertained. Our visit wouldn’t be so nice it it wasn’t for him and Mr. Shuttle team.

We even did a victory selfie :D

5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

I booked with this company when my best friend and i visited Krakow and Poland for the first time in May 2022 and had such a great experience the first time (we booked the combined Auschwitz/Salt Mine Tour) and the vehicle picked us up promptly at our hotel (Hotel Pollera) and was really comfortable.

The driver Tomasz was a great guide and gave us so much extra information and the lunch provided was terrific and great quality.

Since we had such a great experience i have rebooked with Mr Shuttle a second time earlier today. I am bringing my wife, mother in law and my parents for the Krakow Christmas Market in December and have booked The Auschwitz Tour on one day of our trip and The Salt Mines on another day earlier today given how impressed i was with Mr Shuttles customer service quality, and i know good customer service, i have worked in customer service for 15 years at various London Museums.

I look forward to having a fantastic second customer service experience with Mr Shuttle again in December 2022.

Keep up the great work Mr Shuttle your company is terrific 5 stars and would recommend anyone and everyone to book with this company in the future.

A Professional Outfit

A professional outfit using smart well maintained and clean mini coaches. The trip I was on was an all day one son a nice lunch was included. A professional driver and top guides makes them a good outfit to use

Took day trip auschwitz & driver was so friendly & spoke pretty good English & explained things really well and told us alot about how krakow has improved over the years. We also booked them to transfer us back to airport from hotel arrived 10 mins early which was good due to heavy traffic drivers dress smart would totally recommend anyone to use this company. Thank you Mr shuttle can't wait to return.

Perfekt airport transfer 👌🏻

Booked a private pick up from Zakopane to Krakow Balice airport one day in advance. The driver arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time - which was a bonus since the traffic was terrible! Very friendly and likeable driver who spoke flawless English.

After reading a lot of confusing and negative reviews with other group tours to auschwitz I booked with Mr Shuttle due to the great reviews on here. I’m so glad I did :) firstly it’s very organised they collect you from your hotel and drop you back off there. They send you an email and confirmation text the day before your trip so you are clear for what time you are required to be outside your property. They also send you a reminder text an hour before. Our driver was extremely friendly and he told us where he would be waiting after both tours. Lunch is provided, although I didn’t have it it looked extremely nice :) the tour guide we had for the camp was amazing she was extremely informative. As the auschwitz is not some thing I would like to experience again due to the sadness of it I’m so glad I booked the tour though MR Shuttle as they made a sad tour a great experience.

Airport Transfers & Auschwitz

We used Krakow Shuttle for both our airport transportation and a trip to Auschwitz.

At all times the drivers were courteous and timely and everything worked as it should. We received a text and email confirmation the evening before our trip confirming the pick up time.

All of the vehicles were of a good standard and the trip was very well organised making a stress free day out.

We would not hesitate to use them again.

Amazing service, collected from Elmas airport Sardinia, the driver was waiting for us with a very clear sign with our name on it. Very helpful in taking our bags to the very comfortable SUV. A very pleasant drive to our apartment.
Return journey was very impressive the driver again was very helpful and on time.
Would definitely book this service again.

Terrible service

I booked and got a confirmation of transfer from Malta airport till Hilton hotel months before I arrived to Malta. The day before my arrival I got a sms from Mr Shuttle that they could not give me the transfer service and that I should get a refund. I asked for an explanation but they did not answer me. I still have not got the refund. Very bad service. Instead I contacted Transfeero who picked me up on time and the car as well as the driver was very nice.

Mr Shuttle superb company

We used Mr Shuttle for our airport transfers and tours last week in Krakow. Our flight was nearly 2 hours late arriving so we had to wait approx 7mins for our driver to arrive. We used Mr Suttle for our tours throughout the week and found them to be punctual and comfortable. Our return journey to the airport was on time and comfortable all with English speaking drivers. we would definitely use this company again and can recommend to anyone travelling to Krakow.
