Excellent Service Provided By Daniel.

I was recommended Daniel as a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane.
He was extremely professional, always punctual and the vehicle was modern and comfortable.
His English was exceptional and he offered us lots of good ideas and suggestions for our visit.
We really enjoyed our trip to Zakopane and will use the services of Daniel on our return visits.

Fantastic

May 2022

We used Dydko Cracow Tours (Daniel) during our recent trip to Cracow. We booked airport transfers and our trip to Auschwitz with him. Daniel offered lots of advise before our trip so ensure everything went smoothly. All the drivers turned up on time or slightly early. Martin who took us and brought us back to Auschwitz was brilliant he pointed out places of interest and offered advise on areas to visit. When we got to Auschwitz he accompanied us to the entrance of the camp and pointed out the toilets and cafe in case we needed to use them. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Daniel and Cracow Tours. Thank you for making our trip run so smoothly and all your help.

Fun, busy and exciting weekend!

What fantastic service, incredibly responsive and helpful! Daniel was engaging, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help make our trip an exciting an enjoyable one! The shooting and arcade museum were a lot of fun and great value for money. The transfers were always on time and comfortable and Daniel waited more than 2 hours for us to get through customs, so thank you.

Trustworthy and Flexible

My review is 9 months late but this is worth reviewing for. This is a reliable company that can be well trusted. Martin has made it possible for us (with young kids ) to explore the moutain, ice cave and beautiful lake of Morskie oko without any hassles. Poland is beautiful and less commercialised in a sense. Mount Gulowbka has an interesting toboggan my boy loved. The place remained much to develop despite having beautiful views and great weather in summer. The company also kindly accommodate our plan to see some world heritage sites in Slovakia. The 3 days 2 nights trip went smoothly with Martin's driving and guidance. Martin has shared as much information as he could and was always punctual and planned ahead of time. We also engaged them for airport transfer . Do not hesitate to engage the service of this company. Thumbs up for the responsible staffs 👍

Skiing holiday in Zakopane

We've had a fantastic service yet again (used them 2 years ago)! Professional,super friendly and very helpful driver, extremely reliable company. We felt really safe and comfortable in their good quality car. Would recommend any time!!Thank you very much!😁

Great tour guides

Our trip to Kraków was really helped by the services Daniel and Martin provided, Daniel picked us up from the Airport for transfer to our hotel and on the following day Martin took us to Auschwitz-Birkenau, later on our stay Daniel took us to a shooting range followed by a trip to the Salt Mines, he also provided our transfer back to the airport. They provide a great service for a reasonable charge and if you want to make the most of your visit to Kraków then Daniel and Martin will help you do that

Daniel Mrzyglod from Dydko Cracow Tours is the BEST!!!

I am very late in writing this rating, but the amazing services rendered by Daniel Mrzyglod warrants this acknowledgement. Daniel assist in the private transportation of myself and two daughter in 08/15 to both the Salt Mines and Auschwitz. He was very professional, handled all the arrangements and delivered us safely to our destinations. Once we arrived, he got out of his vehicle and escorted us to the entrance of Auschwitz. Being that we don't speak Polish, he got us thru the crowds and to the right entrance. There were so many people there and such chaos that we would have spent hours floating around in the pool of visitors. He also took us to a lovely restaurant where he patiently waited for us. I would highly recommend Daniel and use him again should we revisit Crakow.

Excellent guiding in Krakow

Daniel Mrzyglod of Dydko Cracow Tours was my top class guide, driver and translator during a 4 day visit to Krakow. Daniel is an excellent driver (with a very safe, modern car). His English is also excellent and he willingly and expertly helped me find long, lost relatives with whom he related very pleasantly and politely. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel whose knowledge of Krakow city and surrounds was comprehensive. I highly recommend Daniel as a tour guide.

The driver Martin was nice and quite knowledgeable on Poland, local interesses and drove defensively. Very good service, completely to our expectations.
We would definitively recommend Dydko to other Kraków visitors.
