The minute we walked through the door we were met with the best service on our whole stay in Krakow. Everyone were smiling and welcoming us, made us feel relaxed even before the treatment started. We tried the anti stress massage, extra head, shoulder and neck massage, feet spa treatment and shaping the eyebrows. All the treatments were wonderful and the prices were indeed good. The massages was firm enough, so we felt it really helped. Sonia and Weronika was very professional and excellent in their job. We can warmly recommend them and Verde Spa. I emailed in advance to book myself and my husband in for massages. This was very easy to do. We followed Google Maps to the location and then we wandered around in circles getting lost until we realised the Spa was on the second floor of a building- you ring the buzzer and they let you in. The lift wasn't working when we visited but it was just up one flight of stairs so it was fine. The staff were so friendly, they put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely 75 minute massage for a very reasonable price. We felt so relaxed afterwards! This is a must for tourists visiting Krakow!

Me and my friend went here today just as walk ins, we both had 30 min anti stress massages. They were amazing! Perfect amount of pressure so it was hard enough but not painful the whole time like some can be. The price was really good too. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Very friendly staff from the moment we walked in. I had a foot spa and an anti-stress massage. My therapist, Asia, was very attentive and made sure my massage was to my liking. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend and go again.

I went for a 1 hour relaxing massage today. It was very nice and relaxing and I overall felt great when it was over. Tranquil and soothing atmosphere and the lady doing my massage was very gentle and professional. I will definitely be going back for another massage before we leave Krakow! Ty again!

I took their 90 minute signature massage, which was a full body massage and claims to consist of various massage techniques. The masseuse didn’t seem very competent and knowledgeable on how to relieve tight muscles. I’m used to taking regular massages once a month in different cities and spa’s, and this was unfortunately one of the more mediocre experiences ever. During the hot stone back massage she kept asking over and over again (at least a dozen times) if the stones were too hot - it’s good that the masseuse checks this with the client but maybe once or twice is enough when you’re trying to relax. She didn’t use the stones nearly as well as in a proper hot stone massage. Mid-way through the massage she seemed to lose focus completely and ended up stroking (not massaging) my feet with very sporadic and light strokes, I couldn’t see what was distracting her so much (since lying face down) but I felt that she was paying all attention to something else than my massage. This lasted for at least 15 minutes, and in the end there was no time for the head massage which was supposed to be included, she clearly ran out of time. They use strongly scented Shea butter as the massage cream, which I found quite strange as it’s a very thick cream (you get to choose the scent but they are all quite awful, very sweet and tacky choices). It was a hot day and afterwards I was sweating out this cream and it made my skin look super greasy. Personally I prefer lighter massage oils that don’t leave your skin oily, and have a bit more subtle scent. Hard to find anything positive to say about the massage as I was really disappointed. Facilities were ok. Staff was nice enough but way too obvious in fishing for a tip.

I had 75 min anti-stress massage and 30 min face and head massage. The massage in itself was average, but I have to rate the total experience lower. The four things that was below average was: 1) I felt cold during massage and asked for a blanket. First she said she should check in the other room, then she admitted they didn't have one. She explained that it was no need for more than towels, because in her opinion the room was warm. 2) I expected a spa, but it is a massage place only, with a narrow reception area. No changeroom, bathrobes, lockers, common area with relax chairs to wait between treatments. 3) She didn't say when they finished the first treatment and started the next. 4) They advertize opening hours from 10 - 20, but no one answered the door or telephone for half an hour in the afternoon. I could have relaxed better and saved my bucks with a book in my nice hotel bed.

The staff is friendly and that's about all positives. Tables they are using are too narrow and of poor quality (might be good enough for a portable ones, but for a #1 rated spa I would expect more). Staff is lacking experience and possibly physical strength. It appeared that the masseuse simply didn't know what she is doing - it felt like a 'cosmetic' massage not like she actually understands how muscles are laid out. The worst thing is that after massage I actually felt worse than before. Afterwards 400mg of ibuprofen did more good than 1h of massage. It's not to say they are not best spa in Kraków (as I didn't try others). But I can get better massage on more comfortable table and way cheaper (!) in Switzerland. Wasted time and money.

Me and my boyfriend decided to get a massage whilst visiting Krakow. We emailed Verde and received a fast response. We didn't realize it was a public holiday in Krakow but we were still able to get a couples relaxing massage that day. Our appointment was for half 7 after a long day visiting Auschwitz it was the perfect way to unwind, when we arrived we received a warm welcome, the massage could not be faulted, I have had many massages at different destinations and this was by far one of the best, afterwards we were given a glass of white wine and left feeling completely relaxed. If I visit Krakow again I will without a doubt be going back! Thanks so much!
