The nearest stop is Rondo Mogilskie. You can check any route o public transport in Krakow on Jak Dojade website. I can't post the link but google it and it'll come up. The website is in English as well :) Hope it helps!
Yes there is a tram stop about 10 minutes walk away - faster if you are a quick walker! The stop we used was called Rondo Mogilskie - its actually located on a large roundabout and is served by several tram lines.
