I booked a spa package at this place as a treat for my birthday. From the onset emailing and enquiring about treatments available and prices the service was excellent. Monica got back to me immediately and was most helpful. On the day of my treatments I was offered mint water or tea and then introduced to my therapist Sandra. Sandra spoke fluent English and was very professional. Sandra had such a lovely manner and I felt at ease immediately. I opted for a facial, aromatherapy massage, paraffin pedicure and paraffin manicure. All treatments were excellent and carried out by a very skilled therapist. My package lasted about 3 1/2 hours and I came out skin glow and floating back to my hotel. I noticed one review said the girls were not trained properly. I have many spa days in the UK and found this to be one of the best I have experienced. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing and I love the smell of the oils. I felt as if I was in Bali or Thailand just perfect I plan to go back to Krakow next year and will most definitely be back. Regarding the cost my package cost about £80 which is very good considering all the treatments I had and very good value for money.

Very nice spot, great location, close to the center and our Andel's hotel. I liked the atmosphere, people and body treatments:) My friend had a Ritual with relaxing massage and I took the green coffee body wrap and it was excellent!!! Will definitely come back, next time I'll visit my brother:)

I've visited Magia Day SPA for the third time this year:) Each time with a different group of friends and we were all super-happy! Their service is on a high standard, nice and professional. Treatments are very well chosen, I recommend both massages and facial! Magia is a must stop every time we visit this beautiful city.

Having read so many good reviews I booked a couples massage. We arrived and waited filling out the normal health questionnaire. I had booked 69 min massage and had plans for dinner after so after a 10 min wait was key downstairs to the changing room, except there was somebody in the changing room which was also the toilet so we stood on the stairs waiting for this lady to finish using the toilet and get dressed and come out. This must have been embarrassing for her as she came out and saw 3 people stood looking at her. We finally got into the changing room and I knew straight away this was a mistake. It is a toilet with a bit more room and a few lockers. I was looking for a fresh clean robe to change into but there wasn’t any so I had to call the assistant back who told mr to put a towel on. There was an old brown towel in one of the lockers and my husband had a patterned old towel. There is a dig which states the masssge time starts when you enter the changing room which is absurd. Anyway we went for the massage which was okay, nothing special. I very rarely give poor reviews but this establishment needs to think about the experience for the client. Poor changing facilities, grubby looking towels and staff without a uniform in untidy clothes and shoes. The place didn’t feel clean and I could never recommend a visit.

My husband wanted to surprise me for our 30th wedding anniversary and he booked a massage for us here at Magia Day Spa in Krakow. We don't get massages often, so I thought it was a nice surprise. When we walked in, we were greeted nicely, and shown to our room. We disrobed and when we were lying down I noticed the bed sheets were moist with some kind of oil. I asked the masseuse if she would be so kind to change them to which she just sort of looked at me and asked why, they look fine. I didn't want to argue, but my husband insisted and she changed the top sheet which looked like it was previously used, for a new one. We got on the bed, and the massge began. It started off nice and soft but it was hard to focus because the floor wsa terribly dirty. The masseuse was wearing running shoes which were dirty, and the floor was dirtly all around as well. Anyway, I decided to close my eyes and just try to relax. The girl didn't put enough oil on her hands which made the massage hurt more than it was relaxing. I asked for more oil and she told me that's all that she heated and that's normally enough. It made it sound like I was asking for things completey out of the ordindary, and even made me feel bad. The massage overall was quite poor, and as the other reviews here say, it seemed like the girls aren't trained very well, or might even just be interns that are learning on paying customers. I wish I read more of these reviews before going there because I would have picked a different place. It's quite unfortunate, but I hope this place fixes their service.

For my work several times I'm in Krakow during the year. This was the third time I went to the spa, the two previous times the treatment was excellent.
This time, I had a delay time for my work, I sent an email so they know that I would be late. When I arrived, the professional took me quickly to the room, she did the facial treatment without care and very fast. She even did me a small wound (on the cheek, in the exfoliating process). After the treatment, I told her that was shorter than in previous times and she told me that I had arrived late and did not have more time.
The charge, I paid 30 PZL more than estimated. I did not want to ask more. I will not go back again.

My husband an I had a few days in krakow as a treat after a year of treatment for cancer, my husband booked a massage treatment for me as a treat, I was so looking forward to it.i arrived and was taken downstairs to get changed, led into the treatment room, room was not particularly warm, only was covered with a towel, the girl doing the massage did not seemed to be trained very well, it was not well executed, I actually could not wait for it to finish, left feeling not relaxed at all.

We are very sorry that the massage did not meet your expectations. If You will say something to Your therapist she will give You a blanket or make the temperature higher.
All of our therapist finished best school, many courses and work few years doing best what They learned.

I was invited by my friend to have a relaxing evening with massage in Magia Day Spa. It started very nice-the receptionnist is really friendly. Also the other stuff was nice but unfortunatelly incompetent. I tried many massages but i was never hurt. Here it was a real torture-it was so painful i could hardly bear it and the massagist was completely not responsive to the feedback. My friend had the same experience. Next day I woke up with terrible pain and balck marks. I definitely dont recommend this place as I think the stuff is not trained properly and can seriously harm you .

I had an amazing shellac manicure here today and couldn't wait to jump on and review it as I was so impressed. By far the most thorough and careful manicure I've ever had. The lady who did it was lovely, didn't rush and made me feel relaxed. I'm used to shoddy manicures where they rush me through and usually knick my cuticles and make me bleed at some point but this was the complete opposite but still at a reasonable price. My nails look stunning - thanks so much to my beautician (sorry I didn't catch your name)!

On 10.09 I can invite You at 10:10 for 2 massages. at 11:20 another 2 massages.
Relaxing/classic/sport massage cost 150 PLN for 60 minutes (include just body)
Aromatherapy massage cost 180 PLN for 60 minutes (include body and face or head)
