The tours started both times on time and lasted exactly as indicated in the leaflet. The guide - in my specific case - was Lidia: very nice person, extremely well prepared, perfect italian, she told us a lot of interesting things in a very friendly and involving way. She did not just told us the info that you can find on any guidebook, she did more, she let us be part of the town, she brought us through legends and myths, she let us perceive the polish population behaviour, feelings and thoughts.
Highly strongly recommended!!!!

We visited Krakow for a short break in early March 2020 and managed to do both the Jewish Quarter tour and the Old City tour on consecutive days.
Both tours were about 2 hours long with easy walking and lots of stops. The guides were both informative and engaging, with Ewa being especially entertaining.
This is a great way to see the city, learn some history and keep up your step count !

Krakow is so full of history that you hardly know where to start! This tour is a useful way to orientate yourself with the old town and it’s long and vibrant history and discover what you want to find out more about. Our guide, Monika, was well informed and we saw some interesting places we probably would have missed without this tour - such as the musical clock show at the University. I would definitely recommend this tour as a must do to begin your stay in Krakow.

Really interesting tour of the Jewish Quarter and old ghetto area, starting from the main square in Krakow and ending at Ghetto Heroes square. The end point was a short walk from the Schindler Factory Museum so we spent the afternoon here. Our guide Ewa was friendly and very knowledgeable - we learned so much more than we ever would if we had simply wandered around the area on our own.

Paulina has told us about really serious topic (Jewish life has never been easy), but she managed to make her speech very interesting. She told a lot about the Spilberg’s movie “Shindler’s List” and now I do want to see it. Jewish Quartal is quite unique place, it was useful to get to know about the streets and buildings which are around you.
Highly recommended!

My friends and me have visited Krakow at New Year. It was amazing time. To learn more about history of the city we decided to attend free tours ( as all of us are students we don't have much money :)
So, not only it was cheap ( we left a small tips) but also very interesting and cool. The guides of Old Town and Gewish Quartal tours both are nice, they speak loud and slow, so everyone can understand. Also, they tell a lot of stories, so If you are still thinking, here is my advice: You should go and visit it.
Thank you :)

I had a lovely time with this free walking tour of old town. Our guide, Ela, was very informative and made the almost 3 hour tour very enjoyable. The only thing that wasn't enjoyable was the weather. I highly advise that if it is raining, you either bring an umbrella or don't go. I had my winter jacket with a hood, but that was not enough. You are outside under no cover for most of the tour, so I got completely drenched. Other than the weather, I loved seeing Krakow and learning about a few of the hidden gems within. Thank you Ela!

Paulina was energetic (but not too energetic) and was full of stories. The Krakow legends that she told us about added to the tour. She definitely did not wing this tour. Paulina linked each legend and fact to another over the course of the two hours. Her journey through the streets was very well planned.

I highly recommend this tour. I wish I had had time to take the Jewish area tour with this company.

I had a tour with “Ella” for the old town, she had so much to tell about history, stories and legends. Frankly, She is such a patient and knowledgeable guide to have. Unfortunately, I missed the second tour of Jewish due to my mistake memorizing the meeting time :(
Recommend it to all and hope to see more and more tourists benefiting from this tour

Went on two separate walking tours with this company.
The guides were easy to find outside of the church in the main square and it was fine joining without a reservation.

Tour 1, Old Town, guide Barbara - Enjoyable tour of the main sites.
Tour 2, Jewish Quarter, guide Ela - Good tour on this area with a darker past.

I recommend going with this company and if only choosing one tour, unless you are mainly visiting because of the history of WW2, I'd go for the tour of the old town.
