Found Krakville Tours in Old Town Krakow. The 2 tours booked in less than 10 minutes each. Magda was friendly & professional, really great! The two drivers were also experienced and professional; they answered all questions about the tour sites, and ensured everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience, I really recommend to visit Auschwitz with Krakville tours! They picked me and my friend up at the time, then when we arrive at the place we were introduced to the guide who was really nice person and explained everything very clear.. after we went to birkenau again with same driver and guide. Really worth the tour! Thank you 😊

The tour in the salt mine is great. But krakville only provide the trip and the tickets. No added value from the driver who seems to prefer to listen to his polish radio than talking to his customer. It's basically a pick-up and delivery service. If you want to save 100 Zl / pers, take the public transport.

The tour is great unfortunately the Krakville Tours failed in follow the covid rules. Although the diver ask to the person in the car (!) to use the mask they refused and that was it. It is said that people can't be minimal polite, but it is still Krakville responsability guaranteed that the safe regulations will be followed during its tours.

It's difficult to rate something like Auschwitz as it's not a tourist attraction in the traditional sense, it's a preservation of something terrible and a reminder of one of the darkest times in our recent history. Some might have reservations about visiting such a sad place whilst on a holiday, but Auschwitz/Birkenau is an absolute must-visit whilst in Krakow, and while I could never truly do justice to the poignant, haunting nature of Auschwitz by giving it something as arbitrary as a star rating, I can at least review the tour via Krakville Tours. We booked online in advance with Krakville for approximately £45 per person, which included of course entrance to Auschwitz and Birkenau, travel to and from both sites and a personal tour guide for our group. The tour lasted around 7 hours in total which includes 90+ minute tours of each camp, travel, and comfort breaks. Due to Covid-19 measures it did take a while to enter Auschwitz initially but once inside everything ran smoothly. We were also advised ahead of the tour to bring food and something to drink but there were cafes at both camps (as bizarre as that feels). The tour left from Sienna 17 at 10am, which is an easy central location to get to and a decent time to make a day of it. Our driver Chris/Krzys was really friendly and kept us all on track, and our allocated guide within the camps was Mirok. Mirok was a phenomenal guide and he really made the tour for me. He was extraordinarily knowledgeable about the various parts of camps and particularly in Birkenau when talking about the legacy of the place he was able to add a sense of passion and gravitas that moved many of us in the tour to shed a tear. To that last point, while our guide was amazing, because it was a guided tour it moved along very quickly (as there is so much to see). As such, it's hard to take everything in. However, it's something to consider - either visit independently with more time to explore but miss out on that knowledge and insight, or have a professional tour which provides everything you could want to know but it's more of an on-rails tour. For me though, I'm glad we chose the latter.
