Found Krakville Tours in Old Town Krakow. The 2 tours booked in less than 10 minutes each. Magda was friendly & professional, really great! The two drivers were also experienced and professional; they answered all questions about the tour sites, and ensured everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend!

If you are going to book any tours - these guys are the best. Knowledgeable, efficient and not to pricey. Everything was on time and the tour buses very comfortable. We now use them for our airport transfers. No messing around and door-to-door service.

I was leaving that night, and on Saturday I booked a tour to Auschwitz that was suppose to leave at 10.45, left at 11.08 am, they said was a 6 hour tour, was 8.. the guide inside the bus was very very rude, I was speaking in Spanish with my friend and he yelled at us that he hated Italians( he thought we were speaking in Italian) so I asked him to stop screaming and if he was ok, that was also very disrespectful for Italians in that bus. It got pretty scary that at the end, i preferred to pay another tour to get back. Think that company should do some psicological exams to his employees

Dear Lissette and Ethelitas, It is a shame that you've missed out on a lot of events which took place on that day. To start with: tour supposed to start (departure ) at 11:00 but we always meet 15 min before departure, which you were informed about when you bought your tickets. So that will be 6 min late. Reason: You and your friend sat with your bags on 4 seats, which is a whole row of seats. That's why we had to wait for you to make space for other 2 of our clients which were coming with us on that tour. Regarding duration of a tour: all our information of that tour contains rough time of duration about 7 hours because all depends on traffic on the roads, amount of people at the Museum site, which may cause slight delays. Out of our 10 years experiance organising that tour it is the most accurate time. On top of that in the opinion which you wrote you've missed out important information for the reason why you left the tour. It was a beautiful day but nobody on that bus knew what was about to happen next. You two ladies furious about the fact that you had to sit as friends next to each other for 1,5h which you've been politely asked by our tour leader to make space for two other participants on that tour. You started calling our tour leader „estúpido”. Nowadays people are travelling around the world and it doesn't take a degree to understand what you were saying to our tour leader. That situation was seen by everybody on that bus. You had no intention to stop at that, so by the time you got to Auschwitz the whole bus of 55 people had enough of you insulting our tour leader and behaving very badly on that tour. After 2 hours of sightseeing Auschwitz I Museum you left the group for unknown reasons without notifying our tour leader. Luckely you've been seen by the same tour leader getting on the bus of another tour company going back to Kraków. Otherwise we would have to spend a lot of time looking for you whilst 55 of our customers would have to wait. You wrote that the tour took 8 hours. You left for Kraków leaving our group after 4 hours of being with us. Best regards, Krakville Team

Recently, me and my wife chose Krakville company to go to Auschwitz museum with. We were hoping for the best but it turned out their organisation was really ill. Our departure was delayed by about 40 minutes and it seemed they had more customers than they could handle so some of the people were cramed into small mini vans and they did not get to see the movie on the way which company advertise so much. Not to mention, due to our delayed departure, everybody was rushed around the site and we did not get enough time to grab any snacks or drink because of the massive que and lack of time which is quite a draw-back considering the duration of such tour.
Well, I wish them all the best but they still need some practice and to work on their organisation because it did not seem to professional to us.

We took this tour to Auschwitz, so glad we chose it. It was cheaper comparing with other travel company but the tour was managed at a high standard - the driver was friendly, car was comfort and timing was perfect to us. We even chose their taxi airport service afterwards, it was just very flexible and realiable.

I was trying to find the best company for our visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau, as reviews were not that good. It was also difficult to find tickets for this place, but we've managed to find through them. Our communication through e-mails was very good.

We were picked up by coach and driven to Auschwitz, we were given plenty of information on the coach about planned breaks, toilet costs, bag size etc. We were then taken to the entrance where we fitted our head sets and met our tour guide.

She was very professional and emotional and she gave us some very interesting facts. Headset was clear throughout the whole tour and we had enough time to read what was provided in each room of the camps.

In Birkenau we didn't have head sets, but the tour guide was very good. Here is a fair bit of walking involved, but there are no hills, so just flat space.

I strongly recommend Krakville tours for visiting concentration camps.

Arranged for a airport transfer on June 13th for 12:30 pick-up on June 14th. Our hotel called at 12:45 and We were assured the driver would be there in 5 minutes. No driver 10 minutes later so our hotel called a cap that was there in 4 minutes. Don't know if they ever sent a car. Only good thing is we did not pay on advance. Would not trust again

Like some other reviewers I picked up a leaflet from a guy in the street, who wasn't at all pushy. They don't pick you up from your hotel like some of the other operators who, understandably, charge a lot more. Their office is, however, very central in a little alley only a few yards from the main square. We travelled in an air-conditioned minibus to Auschwitz so the small number in our group made it a more pleasant trip than the big coaches used by some operators. The video we were shown on the way prepared us for the harrowing experience of the visit but nothing can compare with actually being there. It's not something you enjoy, but we were glad we went. We were so pleased with the service that we booked Krakville Tours to take us back to the airport which, again, was cheaper than quoted by the hotel. Our driver this time was the owner, Piotr, who was very informative. Wish we'd known about this company for the trip from the airport to Krakow!

We used Krakville Tours for our trip to Auschwitz after picking up a leaflet from a guy in the street, they are much cheaper than some of the other tours - £20 each including entry into the museum (many others don't include entry and it looked chaotic trying to sort out a guide when you got there so we were glad we did). We booked in the day before we wanted to go and the minibus left promptly at 10:15.

We were shown a video in the bus of 'The Liberation of Auschwitz' which helped to put the visit into context while not making the prospect any more palatable. Our driver, Jacob, was very helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend them to anyone who also wants to visit Auschwitz while visiting Krakow.
