It’s only 12 zlotys (roughly €2) each and so worth it if you have any interest in seeing inside a building started in 1316 as well as the views around.

Inside I had mixed emotions - to begin with the anticipation of being inside such an old tower and walking up the same stone stairs which had been walked on and eroded by people for hundreds of years, but at the same time were a little bit scary with not enough room for people passing in both directions and I started to feel nervous about the descent.

You can look at and walk in about three rooms on the way, and it takes much less time than expected to reach the final floor you have access to, noting that the whole tower is 75metres tall.

The view isn’t as good as I hoped partly because Kraków is fairly flat, and not many buildings stand apart from others.

A simple pamphlet is provided giving an overview of the history and some specifics of the rooms, and I think more information could be bought in the small reception.

Managed to get up this tower in our last day.
Tickets were cheap (think it came to about £7 for 1 adult and 1 student to go up)
Views were very good at the top, practically a 360 view. However sadly you can’t go out onto the balcony at the top, I assume because the fence is too low.
Great information inside about the history of krakow, worth a visit if you can handle lots of uneven stairs!

This is situated in Rynek Glowny the town hall Square and is the last remaining section of what was left in 1820.
It now is part of the underground museum where the entrance is at the opposite end of Cloth Hall.
Good views from here over the Square and worth a visit.

Don't leave it until last minute like me and climb the tower on your last day! I had walk miles and miles over the weekend and the steps in here finished me off! Such a quirky historic building. Lots of interesting artefacts inside and amazing views of the square from the top! Costs next to nothing to get in. Wear sensible shoes too, I wore small heeled boots and the steps are a bit of a danger - if you do, hold on to those chains, they are there for a reason!! :-)

A seriously good view of Krakow from the top of the tower. Takes a bit of climbing so some my feel it hard. Enough history inside the tower to undrstand how old Krakow worked

We climbed the 100 steps to the top of the tower to gain good views of Krakow’s main square. Worth the walk if you just want the view as not much more to see.

The top of the town hall clock tower has some nice views of the old town. You can see Wawel Castle in the distance and get a nice view of St. Mary's Basilica too. I think those were some of the roughest steps I have climbed in a medieval tower but maybe I am just getting older.

Well this is a beautiful tower, if you have anysort of mobility issue or struggle with stairs avoid, they are varying height steps which are really tough going, health and safety nightmare when you get to the top it is a really nice view but difficult to get there and more challenging when you come down there isnt much content and for what it is it is actually abit expensive.

Beautiful building from the outside, inside is boring and certainly lacks in health and safety. Take my advice and don’t waste your money. Also would not recommend to someone who is chloatrophobic, it seems that people lack common sense when walking up and down the stairs also so keep this in mind if you decide to go.

Great view from the Tower, worth the climb. It's reasonably priced to climb. At the time of our visit (3pm), there was only only one other family there, so we enjoyed the attraction virtually to our self. Be warned that the steps are very deep and quite strenuous climb.
