weent to Krskow with husband and adult daughter and booked the Krakow by night tour for evening of ur arrival. We found the tour office with no triouble, were given brief training session by Maryusha and then set off. It was bitterly cold and started to rain heavily, but Mryusha had rain ponvchos for us. Husband got a bit cocky, weaving his machine in and out and riding alongside Mryusha, ignoring my warnings to keep in sing;e file. Msybe itds becausde i had told him you cannot fall off. Well, coming near the river, there was a row of low bollards - he hit one of them and came off spectacularly, hyitting his head. LKuckily, we had been issued with helmets and he was unhirt - though shaklen.

Four friends on a trip to Krakow. What to do? Guided segway tour? A great ide, and wow what a fantastic way to explore Krakow. My wife was at first nervous, but after a minute or so she handled the segway like a experienced rider. Recommend , recommend, recommend. Do not miss out on this fantastic experience. Besides the fun of riding segway, the guide was highly knowledgeable and serviceminded. Remember warm clothing in the winter time. :-)

This was my 2nd time on a Segway. The first was in Sherwood Forest! The experience of whizzing around city streets was more fun and I didn't stop smiling. The cost of 160 zloty per person is about £28 at the time of writing. This is probably less than other cities where you can do a Segway tour. I booked my Krakow City Segway Tour with Globalcoachtours.com https://goo.gl/bryrs6 we covered all of the Old Town.
You get to cover more of the city in 2 hours than you could on foot, whilst getting a guided tour of the main sites with a local in a small group of 8 on our day.
I recommend a sunny day and in the winter bring layers and gloves! Since you are not walking, there's no chance to warm up through movement as no effort is required to ride a Segway! We were lucky the temperatures were +8 C as they can be way below 0 C in February.
One couple had already done a Segway tour in a couple of other cities and vowed to do one in every place they could. Other first timers got the hang of it in 5 minutes.

I've now done a few great Segway tours in various European cities & this one was just as fun & informative as the rest. We took a 2 hour tour of the Old Town for less than £30 each. My other friends had not been on a Segway before so there were a few nerves beforehand but they soon realised these machines are so easy to drive. Kraków is such a vibrant city and this tour allowed us to see a few other great streets and places we had not originally considered. Do it!

My girlfriend and I took a Segway tour of Krakow, having fallen in love with the Segway on a similar tour in Prague.
The tour was superb, and in 4 hours we felt we'd seen most (if not all!) of Krakow's must-see sights. Our guide (Sylvia) was excellent: friendly, well-informed and spoke great English. The price was very reasonable, especially when compared with Segway experiences in the UK and other countries.
We couldn't recommend this trip highly enough - it's a great way to see loads AND get to ride a Segway through a beautiful city. If you do it at the beginning of your trip gives you lots of ideas for places to visit later, and our guide also gave us lots of helpful tips on good restaurants and other attractions. That being said, it's great fun at any point in your trip - and if you've never been on a Segway, have no fear - it's very safe, easy and intuitive.
Enjoy!

Brilliant tour with Zee, great fun.
Wrap up well, sun shining but got chilly on the Segways.
My daughter aged 12 throughly enjoyed it too.

Great tour. We did both the Jewish Quarter tour and then a few days later the old town tour as the first had just been so good. Zee is an excellent guide, informative, friendly and great patience with the group on the Segway. In my opinion best way to do a tour. Would I recommend, most definitely.

We had a fantastic afternoon with Adam on a 2 hour Segway Tour. His history knowledge was fantastic and he delivered this with a great sense of humour! The tour was the right amount of time. The only advise I would give is, if you have never ridden a Segway before, make sure you drive it around until you are feeling confident with it before starting out on the tour.

This company do tours of the Old Town and The Jewish Quarter both of which last about 2 hours. We (a party of 2) chose the Old Town tour which we found to be great fun. Our guide was Sylvie who really knows her home town and made the tour very interesting with her explanations of the history of the town and it's surroundings. Segways are not yet as common as they are in other places that we have visited e.g Prague which means that the tours are not competing for the best spots. We would really recommend this company who also do bike tours. Look for the big number 2 on the wall in Grodzka and then walk down the covered alley into the small courtyard at the end and you will find them.

Do these tours operate in February ?

I believe they are only during the summer season. However, it is possible on weekends with good weather they may become available. The rental place is also a bicycle place, so they are likely open year around.
