Highly recommended transfer service in Poland

I used this service for 3 trips. Krakow airport to Zakopane; Zakopane to Krakow old city; Krakow old city to Krakow airport.

On each occasion, the drivers arrived early, were courteous and helpful, and drove safely. The vehicles were excellent - Mercedes Benz in perfect condition. There were some nice extra touches like the bottles of chilled water in the cars.

The pricing is also very competitive and the responses to email enquiries were always prompt. Highly recommended.

Smart cars, smart drivers, reliable, polite and clear charging structure. c£15-20 fare to/from the city centre/airport (depends obviously upon where you are staying) and receipts for each journey. Travel time from airport/city centre/airport c 20-30 mins

The driver was waiting for us on time, the car was extremely clean and very comfortable after a somewhat cosy aircraft seating. The journey was approximately 30 min ride to our hotel . On arrival the driver Michael help with our luggage and Wes extremely polite. Would highly recommend this service. Also the return journey was as good.

Punctual Car Service

Despite our flight being 2 hours late our driver was waiting. Excellent modern,clean Mercedes and a pleasant English speaking driver. We used the same company for a trip to Auschwitz and the driver was extremely accommodating.
Would certainly use in the future.

We just used their airport to city centre service. We were met at arrivals with our name on a board, transferred quickly to the city with a charming driver explaining what we wanted to know about the city.

Just Awesome

Althought we only had a short time in Krakow it was made all the more wonderful by the service we recieved on our day trip to Auschwitz and then the salt mines.Dominic,our personal driver was a very friendly and full of information not only of Auschwitz and the salt mines, but also of Krakow and Poland.He spoke excellent english and overall a really nice person,which was a bonus.On the day of our tour the temp was 37deg but lucky for us we had a modern beautifully airconditioned vehicle .Even though Dominic had to wait for us in the very hot conditions there was no time limit placed on us at any point of the tour, in fact he encouraged us to take our time.
When it came time for lunch we asked for his advise and he recommened a local restaurant away from the tourists with great food and reasonable prices.We were sad to see the day end but we will definitely return to Krakow and use Dominics services again to visit all the other places we never had time to see.
Thanks for a great day and excellent service Dominic ,it was just Awesome !

Amazing

I have visited Krakow four times in the last three years, we particulary like Kazimierz the Jewish quarter it is full of quant little streets with lovely bars and resturants. There are two squares Seroka and Plac Nowy both full of bars and resturants. There is so much to see and do in Krakow, we have been th Auschwitz and also visited Wawel castle, the synagogue's. The food and drink prices are a 3rd of the cost of Scotland's prices.The Polish people are very friendly and polite. I am visiting again in April and can't wait to get back.We always use Krakow airport express for there excellent service and very competitive prices, our driver is always on time and could not be more helpful. We usally have Dominik who is absoulutley amazing.

Good service - they transported 12 of our party from and back to the airport (Feb 2015) totally hassle free.
Prompt, polite, price quoted before trip and agreed - so no surprises, happy to answer queries before hand.
Have used before and would use again.

Booked airport transfer to and from airport,also Auschwitz tour for myself and daughter. I wish all airport transfers were as efficient, friendly and on time. The drivers well turned out, spoke good English and were very knowledgeable, even about the good restaurants. I would not hesitate on booking them again.

3 day krakow visit

" 4 seniors" on our recent visit we were lucky to book Krakow Express (found them on Google/Tripadvisor) their service for us was Perfect. We booked ,airport pick up and return and a full day trip ,to Auschwitz and Salt Mines( deep underground, a lot of steps and walking for 2 hrs ) our driver Dominick was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble Krakow is a great destination for a city break,if planning a visit we also suggest Andels Hotel
