I think everyone should visit one of the camps at least once in a lifetime to remind us that this must never be allowed to happen again. Whilst visiting Auschwitz the tour should include a visit to Birkenhau.

Even more important on these days, Auschwitz and Birkenau are places that you must visit. Even if you don't like History much, this experience uncovers the horrors of war in a very graphic way. Not much to say besides this. Peace out!

At first you are not sure what to think. The experience swapped between feeling numb and very upset. However, it it an important piece of history that must be seen.

I'm visiting in two weeks time and can't walk very far without the use of a wheelchair or stopping frequently. Is this attraction disabled friendly and is there anything I should be aware of before?
