When arriving at the main square and cloth hall you can access the museum via stairs or lift my advice would be pay extra for the headphones as this will add far more context to the experience but still interesting and worth a visit

I wasn't sure what to expect here but the underground site has been carefully revealed and offers a fascinating insight into medieval life. There are a lot of interactive boards (available in several languages) and a lot of artefacts. Quite fascinating.

Hey. It's not in the cloth hall but in one of the doors on the outside of the building. You will need to book your slot online first and pick your tickets up on one side, then enter on the other (the entry is on the Cathedral side). From memory, there was a lift to go down into the underground area.
