The trip through the. Salt Mines was excellent - full marks. We went with SeeKrakow.com. And would not advise anyone to use this company. The minibus driver who collected us in Krakow and delivered us to the mines did not give a time for our return to the minibus or explain where the minibus would be after the tour of the mine. When the tour finished we went to the drop off point, but the coach and driver were nowhere to be seen. He arrived 10 minutes later, but 2 members of the group were not there. The rest of us, about 12 people, then waited for 30 to 40 minutes until the driver decided he would leave the 2 behind and take the 12 back to Krakow. At this point the 2 arrived, got on the coach and we headed for Krakow. However, while driving, the coach driver had a blazing row with the 2 late passengers, shouting at each other in Polish, so much so that one of the passengers shouted at them to stop arguing. Unhelpful and discourteous to his clients.
We bought our tickets for this trip from an information ℹ️ office close to the main square inKrackow and returned to complain: while our complaint was logged we received no recompense for the lost time.
