Before speaking of the guide herself, I want to say that the organisation is well done, they picked up us on time, and the driver was very kind. The museum and the camps were very great, but so sad to see. One of the most touching places in the world.
BUT a lot must be told about the guide. Her English was so awful, that most of the time it was hard to follow what she saying. I could be telling all the grammatical errors she's been making for the whole tour, but that's useless: to me this is unacceptable. I think the tour should make sure the level of the guides is a good one.
Moreover, she said that because of the cold weather, the only thing you could do was walking fast, therefore the tour was very quick, not having the chance to stop and admire such touching places.
I give three stars for this reason, otherwise I would have given 5.
