About
Our company was established in April 2004. In 2011, the second of January we changed the name, our company logo and made a lot of changes based on lessons learned from the beginning of the company. Reliability and quality of service quickly gained the trust of customers, and many work to date. We value our customers, at the same time we are open for new cooperation. Years ago, we focused on the development. Our main feature is fluent in English both orally and in writing so that there is no problem communicating with the passengers. The priority is safety - from the beginning of our activity we had no accidents. We take care of the car so as to provide comfort, air conditioning is standard, and for the company "Transfers & Tours" quality of service is essential. Our drivers are not random people, they have a vast experience in running vehicles, like their profession - they are fans of motoring and safe driving style. They are a model for other drivers.

    Krakow Jan 2020
First class service. We had pre booked them for a couple of day trips but had organised our airport transfer via Booking.com. Our flight got diverted to Ostrava in the Czech republic which delayed us getting to Krakow airport by 4 hours, Booking.com did not seem that interested in rearranging the Taxi however at short notice and late at night Krakow Transfers arranged a driver who was there to greet us which was a welcome relief. Eric our Driver for both trips was excellent. He provided us with a lots of information about where were going, places on route and Poland in general. As well as Auschwitz we visited the Tatras Mountains which we would highly recommend as they scenery is stunning. Although we had a pre booked itinerary we had spoken to Eric about how we liked walking so he gave us the option to spend less time in the city of Zakopane so we diverted to a small National Park area on route to spend some time walking in the Canyon which was magnificent. Nothing seemed too much trouble and would highly recommend them for not just transfers but also for any trips out as the service was excellent and great value for money.

    Excellent service from Zibi
I recently travelled to Krakow with family - a party of 8. I booked Zibi in advance, having read reviews on Tripadvisor. Zibi e -mailed me with prices and organised tickets to the salt mines, as well as giving valuable information and advice regarding our itinerary. His response was both prompt and reassuring. We were not disappointed with our choice. Zibi met us at the airport, transported us to our hotel and helped with our luggage. He was a gentleman and very knowledgeable of all attractions. He organised our trip to Auschwitz and came with us through security, even purchasing our guide books for us. As two of our party were in their 80s we decided not to take the guided tour as we did not think they would be able for all the standing / walking. Zibi advised us on what we should visit and waited for us until we were finished. He then drove us to Birkenau and dropped 4 of us at the rear entrance so that we would have less walking to do. He entertained the other 4 party members and met us at the entrance. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His courtesy, punctuality and excellent English cannot be surpassed. What a treasure. We hope to return to Krakow again and look forward to meeting him and using his service.

    Excellent service
I found this firm on google and checked them out on trip advisor I was still concerned as we had not paid up front. My concerns were unnecessary. We booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Krakow and a round trip to Auswitzch and back to the airport Both drivers were prompt, polite, professional Both cars were clean Mercedes Both were very organised The driver who took us to Auswitzch gave us a mini tour of Krakow on the way out, then gave us a video to watch en route and made sure we had the correct tickets and were on the correct tour. He was brilliant- we did not have to think and he collected us from right outside the end of the Birkenau tour I could not recommend this service enough We paid for each leg directly to the driver.

    Completely reliable
I priced the transfer from Krakow Airport to the Amadeus Hotel through the Easy jet website and was quoted a price of around £71 for the round trip and after checking tripadvisor, I opted to book with Krakow Transfers. Apart from halving the price, we were met at the Airport by Eric, a most polite gentleman who spoke good english and who was very chatty and informative throughout the journey. He was also early for our return pick up from Hotel back to the airport and every bit as polite and helpful, insisting that he handled the suitcase to the terminal building. Both journeys the cars were spotless and comfortable and I would highly recommend this company if you are travelling to Krakow either on business or holiday.

    A beautiful old world city"
Everything in Krakow is beautiful with its old world charm...The buildings, The Wawel Castle, the history, Shindler's Factory, etc. Yet, you can shop at the trendiest stores in the Rynek/Square of Krakow. We stayed at the lovely Radisson Blu of Krakow, just a stone's -throw from the square and castle. An excellent location; everything is within walking distance! If you're Jewish, you will feel the historical presence of your ancestry in the Jewish Quarters; if you're Roman Catholic, the spiritual presence of Pope John Paul II is evident throughout the city! The people are friendly and many of the businesses, stores, restaurant all speak English. The currency is easy to compute. Gateway Tours is an excellent tour group to tour in this city.

    Krakow Airport transfers and tours
We booked transfers from Krakow airport to our hotel and return, which worked very well, in fact faultless. We also booked two tours with Krakow Transfer, one to Auschwitz and one to the Salt Mine. On both occasions the drivers were punctual, polite and helpful. We would certainly use Krakow Transfer again.

This was one of the most enjoyable journeys we have experienced. Driver Luk's english was perfect and throughout the journey he informed us of places of interest. He also advised us of other places in Krakow we should visit on our return to this lovely city. He is very courteous and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a driver for visiting all the interesting sites in this city. He is a great assett to his company.
