What a wonderful experience I had with my family in Krakow. Especially the two tours we booked through DutchPoint. Trip to Auschwitz and the bicycle tour.
Both unforgettable. Very happy that we booked here. Good clear service and emails and you know your tour will continue! Last month I read so many times online that the Auschwitz tour was canceled a day in advance by other tour operators.
We took Roland with us to Auschwitz, a good storyteller with a lot of knowledge, everything was explained very clearly and calmly. 6 hour tour so all the time.
Wesley was on the bike tour, because of the hustle and bustle in the city it was sometimes a lot of slaloming among the tourists. But also very nice to cycle with Wesley.

Last weekend we cycled through Krakow with Jeroen from Dutchpoint and Jeroen showed us everything about the past in Auschwitz and Auschwitz-Birkenau. We are so happy that we chose dutchpoint and that Jeroen was our guide was absolutely great. The bike tour through Krakow with the excursion to Auschwitch a day later made for a complete weekend where we could combine the beautiful (city of Krakow) with the horrible past (Auschwitch). All in all, Jeroen turned it into a complete story. Jeroen knows a lot and is a very dedicated guide. I would like to recommend Jeroen and Dutchpoint to everyone if, like us, you are doing a weekend in Krakow with an Auschwitz excursion.

We had a very special and impressive tour in Auswitchz with Wesley as Dutch speaking guide.
Wesley provided us with a lot of information throughout the tour. There was also an opportunity to ask questions in between. Furthermore, the transport was well organized and we received the necessary information in advance.
I recommend booking a tour through DutchPoint and would like to thank Wesley for a special day, he was able to tell us everything about the past in Auschwitz in a unique way.

We got a great tour from Wesley. It was very informative.
Very interesting and impressive.
Only we had booked a tour from Krakow to Auschwitz. We had indicated that we would join the group at Auschwitz. With the assumption that we could then also take the bus to Birkenau and also brought back bar. We paid the full price of €85.00 per person.
Unfortunately, this did not apply. Fortunately, we could go on the shuttle bus.
But if you have to pay full price, you also expect to be able to ride along.
After consultation with organization, no small refund was possible!

Onze excursie naar museum Auschwitz met een Nederlandse gids is inclusief vervoer vanuit Krakau. Als meerdere reizigers besluiten om met eigen vervoer te reizen, kan het zijn dat wij een kleiner, ecologischer voertuig inzetten. Dat betekent dan ook dat u van Auschwitz I naar Birkenau met uw eigen vervoer rijdt of de gratis shuttlebus neemt.
Wat wij echter erg jammer vinden, is dat u nu via een review op Tripadvisor aangeeft wat u als oplossing ziet, terwijl we dit al drie keer via e-mail aan u hebben gevraagd. Dit vinden wij erg teleurstellend, maar we zijn er niet verbaasd over gezien de merkwaardige manier van schrijven naar ons toe.

We did the tour to Auschwitz. What a special day! Our tour guide Wesley told this story with great passion. He told it in a fascinating way and made sure that every tourist was involved in the story of Auschwitz. Everything was very well arranged. I 100% recommend this organization to all Dutch/Belgian tourists. Thank you DutchPoint Krakow.

We were blessed to have Wesley as our guide on the trip to Auschwitz. Wesley formulated everything perfectly and, if necessary, was happy to repeat the information for his clients. Wesley told the story with passion and emotion. He handled the older clientele very well and made sure he didn't go too fast so that everyone could follow perfectly. He also kept the remaining family well informed during the tour, so that everyone was reassured that everything was going well in Krakow. This tour and tour guide is highly recommended for young and old!

Wesley is a knowledgeable tour guide we really enjoyed the ride. Good bikes with a basket upfront, 7 gears so you can select a lower gear when occasionally going up a slope. Take some water along even knowing a stopover is made at one of the many coffee places. The tour takes a couple of hours it is not too long plenty stops are made and a lot of information is shared. We rode in a group of approximately 12 people youngest about 25 oldest rider was 70. There are several cycling lanes and traffic is accommodating towards cyclists.

On the recommendation of family and friends, we have booked a Dutch language tour Auschwitz’-Birkenau. What an impressive day! Roland was our Guide. He talked passionately about the goings-on in the concentration camp and took us back in time with personal stories of Auschwitz survivors’. It made us completely silent. Roland, thank you for this unforgettable day.

We had a great time in Krakow with a bicycle tour in Krakow and an impressive visit to Auschwitz. Our guide Wesley could tell us a lot about the city and about Auschwitz, we’ve learned a lot and could ask all the questions we had. The service, also by email, was great. We would recommand DutchPoint Krakow to anyone who wants to visit Krakow and/or Auschwitz.

When you want/would like to have a Dutch-speaking guide, I recommend to book your Auschwitz excursion at DutchPont.
Driving to Auschwitz, in about 1 hour, in a luxurious small touringcar.
We were lucky having Wesley as our guide, he is the best guide ever!!
