We are a bar specializing in gin. We offer over 100 different bottles of gin. We focus on various G&T variants as well as gin cocktails. Gin Mill is a small, intimate place (8-10 seats) full of greenery, spices, in which we focus on individual contact with the guest.

Casper was amazing! So much knowledge, spoke great English,very friendly,helpful and a pleasure to be around. Considering this is a small bar the selection of gins is exceptional! Casper made an effort to tell us about krakow answer any questions we had and knew his stuff when it came to gin. It makes such a big difference in such a little bar ☺️ would definitely go back!

Amazing place for any gin enthusiast or beginner. Wow. What a place.
Lovely interior that caters for a cozy number of people whilst not being cramped. The selection of gins is the best I've seen not only in Poland but better than many major (recently visited) European cities.
The gin selection is exceptional and wide ranging. Most gin bars can stock a fair few bottles but what is more exceptional is the barman who's on the other side. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very kind Casper. He was fantastic. I know my gins quite well as a big big enthusiast of the spirit, and he was so obliging to let me smell gins first, taste a couple samples, put up with my garnish and tonic water requirements and all the rest. He offered cool information on some gins and had a wide ranging experience for which gins should go with what. Truly a man of his field. He was also so welcoming to my girlfriend, who is not a big gin drinker but her newfound-developing love for Nordes gin managed to drain the bar dry of its supply on our last night. Haha.
Seriously if you're alone, in a couple, or in a group (I saw all types of customers) the gins, cocktails, environment, atmosphere and barman skills and hospitality of Casper at the GinMill is seriously something to take a night or three (in our case) to see.

We visited on Friday night and sampled a couple of Casper’s lovely cocktails (gin based of course) and found the Gin Mill to have a lovely, cosy atmosphere. We returned the following night for nightcaps as it was en route to our Airbnb. A great selection of gins and he clearly knows his stuff and enjoys talking gin whilst making you feel very welcome.

What a small but perfectly formed little gem this is!
Easy to find in the outskirts of the Jewish Quarter and not to far to walk from the Old Town.
A huge selection of quality gins and a very knowledgable bartender in Casper!
Feel that we not only had a gintastic time but an gin education too! Tried gins never heard of and some trusty favs too.
Why this little belter is not filled the rafters I don’t know (maybe because of the bloody vodka culture) but it should be!
Our first visit on our last night in Krakow (gutted it wasn’t open over NY) but it won’t be our last, when we swing by Krakow again!
Gin lovers everywhere, don’t let this one pass you by!!!

What a place.
It’s only small but there’s a lot of gins to choose from. If you’re stuck for choice, Pavel knows his stuff and he managed us 9 hens no problem.

We came to Kraków for the weekend and absolutely loved this little gem. Amazing selection of gin along with an expert bartender in Pawel. I would highly recommend to gin lovers in Kraków. 5 stars!

As an avid gin drinker I was looking forward to visiting here to try some new drinks. I told Pawel what types of gin I liked and he suggested quite a few. He knew exactly what tonics to mix them with and we stayed for a couple...maybe more! Very reasonably priced and a lovely atmosphere

Small place but didn’t feel cramped. Bartender Casper checked up on us throughout to make sure we were enjoying our drinks and was really helpful when advising us on which gins to try next

We Stumbled across this hidden treasure whilst walking back to our hotel on the first night of our break. As gin isn’t massive in Kraków and the most exotic you can purchase, in the other places we visited, is Bombay Safire or Hendrix this was a very good find.
We had a very friendly welcome from the bar tender Casper and his knowledge of gin is second to none.
With over a 100 gins, decent Mixer selection and a knowledgable bar tender this place is a must for any gin lover.

First of all I have to say that I dont know why this place has only 7 reviews,
but I'm so happy we had accidentally moticed it and entered to check it up.
Super little and cuzzy bar, something like 8 sits max, but if youll be lucky enough to get a sit, you will get great service and awesome cocktails. The bartender asked us what tastes we like and matched us with cocktails.
Hands down, their cocktails are in our top 5
