We booked this tour, and we took the bus to Auschwitz with this organisation, when we got there we waited in queue for 2 hours just to learn that it was sold out and that we had to return to Krakau WITHOUT visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau. They did not buy the tickets in advance. Total lack of organisation.

Unfortunately pick up was 70 minutes late and it was freezing cold at the pick up point. I had to email TripAdvisor to find out what was happening. Pavel did respond quickly stating he had sent me a text explaining the delay. I did not receive a text. Eventually we set off late. There was a bit of hanging around at both sites that was a bit frustrating as it was even colder. We did get sufficient time at both sites and saw everything in good time. To be fair the day was worth it. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend using this agent if you are happy to self-guide.

Friendly guide who gave us good advise to where everything was and gave us some information. We got a information book in our own language with the map. The guide explained us wich way we could the best. And explained a little about what we could find in the different barracks. We went to explore on our own wich was better for us so we could see everything in our own phase. Pick up point was easy to find, we stayed at Kazimierz and took a taxi to go to the pickup point, also easy to go to the pick up point with the metro. I really recommend to go with these people!

I booked the guided tour option, which was supposed to start at 8am. The night before, I received an email saying it would actually start at 9am instead (which wasn't a problem). The meeting point is a common meeting point for several tours, which made finding the bus difficult. Many other tour companies sent their customers a descriptor/photos of the bus, which would have been helpful here. I just had to ask each driver whether I was at the correct bus - the guide didn't yell out names or anything. Once I found the correct bus, the driver told me to come find him once we were at Auschwitz as I was the only one doing the tour. Once we got there, he went and bought me a ticket for the tour, but I then had to wait for 1hr30 min. Strange when you can buy tickets for the guided tour online (I checked), and there were earlier english tours, which I assumed were booked out by that point. The driver then told me he'd text me a time to meet at the bus, but it would likely be 4pm. At approx 2.30 he texted saying to meet at the bus at 3.30 - mind you the guided tour had only just gotten to Birkenau by that point. I then had to keep a whole bus load of people waiting so I could finish the guided tour (while the driver was texting me to hurry up). The whole drama could have been avoided if I'd been put on an earlier bus, or they'd pre-booked an earlier guided tour. That said, the tour and the site itself were fascinating and I would recommend that everyone should visit.

Shocking! Meeting up place was hectic and not well organised. When getting to auschwitz we were told to we would get our tickets from auschwitz 1 and get back on the bus. We did exactly that and then headed to auschwitz 2- birkenau. The travel guide ( Peter) didn’t tell us anything, he didn’t tell us how long we had in each part or when we were meeting back up. From reading other reviews I expected that they would Give us 2 hours in each part. Me and my partner only took 1hr 20mins to go around birkenau and then headed back to the parking where all the coaches are, only to find our coach wasn’t there. We were confused and thought the driver must have gone and picked other people up and will be coming back once the 2 hours had passed however we waited another 2 hours and still nothing. Meaning we ended up having to walk 30 mins to get to the nearest train station and spend 1hr 30mins getting back to our hotel. What a waste of a day and waste of money. Very disappointed as one of the only reasons we came to krakow

Tour delivers you from your hotel to both locations with tickets to the John Paul home (1st stop) with audio guide and in Czestochowa we got a Sister as our English guide, who brought to life the whole experience of visiting the Black Madonna. The Black Madonna is veiled between 12pm-1330, with unveiling at 1330 with mass at that time. The total road journey was very long due to the distances and major road works at the time. You need to pack lunch, and eat in the van to maximise time at the locations and return to Krakow in reasonable time (our tour lasted 11hours). There were only two of us in a comfortable 8 seater.

Excellent trip and good value. Only minus is the pick up point.many tours leave from this point causes confusion. A board with travel company and tour would make the difference.

Would 100% recommend! Everything was so organised and the transport ride was so lovely, with the driver giving some facts about the tour to prepare you for it. Would definitely recommend

I booked this trip just an hour before it started. All others were booked. It was great! The guide gives an useful overview on the way there and sorted all tickets and guide books in a range of languages smoothly. Really well organised.
