About
A blast from the past! The only one in Poland private collection of over 150 arcade games and pinballs available on Free Play. Museum presents history of entertainment. Oldest table game dates back to 1936. Main focus though is placed on 80' and 90' classics. One cannot miss Pac Man, Galaga, Mortal Kombat and dozens of driving and shooting games. Great for kids and adults. Perfect for a rainy day. It is a time machine that will transport you back to your happy childhood memories. Cannot be missed while in Krakow - only 15 min tram ride from the city center. There is also big free parking in front.

What a fantastic place this turned out to be. I visited Krakow with my son (15yo) for a birthday weekend away and I must admit it was mainly for me and my nostalgia but my son absolutely loved it too! For those who remember arcades from their youth, this is a must visit, it was like stepping back in time. Huge selection of games and many with two player set-ups so you can fight/shoot/race together or against each other. A bit out of the centre but very easily reached by tram. (Number 14 from the city centre stops literally one minute away from the venue, only takes 20mins and costs 4zloty). We spent 2 1/2 hours there but had to leave to catch our flight home. We could have easily spent twice as much time there and were really disappointed that we had to leave. The guy behind the counter was also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

What a place! Lots of pinball machines and arcade games straight out of 80s and 90s gave us many hours of fun. Even the non-gamer friends enjoyed themselves - feel free to take your partners, friends and family members, you'll all have fun.
Side note - the place can get crowded and is very noisy, it's easy to get overstimulated. I'd recommend getting a daily pass and going outside if you get overwhelmed.

I played many of these games when I was a kid / teenager, going to the local arcade with my older brother was a weekly trip which I always looked forward to. My son is 8 and at the stage of playing Roblox, Minecraft and you name it. 8 16, 32, 64 (etc.) bit games are from another planet for him. What better place to show a child the games his dad and/or mom played when they were their children's age? Well, in Krakow that place is this fun arcade museum, for only 60 PLN (adult 40 and kid 20 PLN) I showed my kid what fun I had when I was a child, we had a great time, so much that he wants to go back at least once a month (he said). So next time we will buy the all year round ticket, that way we can go whenever we want and spend quality time together.
RECOMMENDED FOR EVERYONE!

Hello! It is a great pleasure for me to read a review like that. When I got an idea of setting up this place one of my greatest concerns was how kids will react to those 80' and 90' games. I am pleased to see the games have aged well and provide same amount of fun to all ages. I am also very happy you had quality family time! That is super important! One day your kid will remember 'fun time at arcade with Dad'! That is fantastic All the best to You and thank You for coming! Marcin

After a long day of historical museums, the kids needed a well deserved reward. This place was amazing! All 3 of my kids (5, 8, 12) had a blast. My kids are HUGE gamers and were taken back by the wide variety of games. Each kid found what they liked and also found new things to try. They are also big fans of Luigi’s Mansion and have played each version of it since the Game Cube. So when they saw a arcade version WITH poltergust gun, their dreams had come true!
And to top it off, they had amazingly designed tshirts to buy that make for a great souvenir:) Definitely a 10/10 museum!!!!

Hello! Wow! Such a great review! One of our main goals is to pass on great love for arcade games to younger generations so we are very glad to hear it works! Luigi Mansion arcade is a fantastic game and indeed ads so much to anyone who is a fan of "green Mario" <wink wink> ! We look forward to see You guys again! Marcin

It's hot (I mean the temperature) and it's noisy. Two things I REALLY hate. However what it offers is more than worth the hassle. 150 games, and most of them arcade games. Including some very new (well, old obviously) ones for me. I already knew the Mario and Donkey Kong games or Adventure Island (although they had the SEGA clone Wonderboy here) but I've never played the basketbal game, or the guitar hero lookalike drumming game. Old classics are available varying from Frogger and Excitebike to the obvious fighter games as Mortal Combat and Streetfighter. Definitely worth a visite (or two). A day pass costs as much as 1h30 so you might aswell buy the full experience (you can walk in and out as much as you want).

A fun place to spend time in no matter your age, the museum has old arcade games that are all unlocked with your entrance fee. Theres a wide variety of classics including: pinball machines, DDR, and plenty of other choices of normal cabinets.
The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. We only went for an hour and found that was too little to try more games.

We absolutely loved our time here. It was around £12 each for a whole day entry, which meant you could use any of the arcade games as many times as you liked. Time just runs away with you in here. We were there for over 3 hours, but could’ve stayed even longer. We were absolutely amazed. The man who worked behind the bar was so polite and enthusiastic about what he did.

The only this is the actual place is quite far out from the centre, however there is a tram that takes you practically to do the door. The place does not look much from the outside, however once you’re in you’ll not want to leave.

If we return to Krakow, we would most definitely come here again. I wish we had one in England!

Hello! Many thanks for your review. Our museum is not very far from the center -- 10 min ride by Uber/taxi or 20 min by tram. We have decided to open once we found a hall that could house our 150 game collection - that is why we are here. We wanted a place that will be a time machine into the 80 and 90 era! We are glad to hear that You've enjoyed our place. We hope to see You again someday! Best regards Marcin

Travelling to Krakow with kids aged 9 and 13, I was needing things to do and keep their attention for a few hours. The venue was tucked away outside of the main part of the town. But a short taxi ride was well rewarded. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. We spent circa 2.5 hours playing the arcades. All of them are free to play so you can indulge in nostalgia of games from the 80's 90's and beyond. We loved it. I had to drag the kids away.

I would recommend it if you love to play arcade games that have a retro feel to them. If your children are expecting the latest standard of graphics. They will be sorely disapointed. But as a mueseum to all retro arcade games. It was brilliant fun.

Hello! Thank You very much for your great review. I personally find it very important to present old retro gaming fun to younger generations. Kids get absolutely new fascinating reactions when they get to interact with old games - it is not mouse and keyboard anymore. Here they get to drive a big truck, tank, fly a star wars pod racer or defend from a giant T-rex in Jurassic park! And many more! I love the sparkle in their eyes when they leave! Thank You for coming and bringing your family to us! Greetings Marcin

Unlimited Access !! Pay once at Reception and you gain unlimited access to the MANY quality Arcade machines. Seriously would easily be the best arcade I have been to in Europe. If you haven't been and you like arcades , go visit as soon as you can. I'm from the UK where the arcades are not nearly as good as this magical place. Please just go you will have an Amazing time :)

Having grown up in the 80s and way before the internet, Playstation, and mobile phones, my Saturdays in the UK were spend pouring money into various Arcade machines and trying to complete every level possible. I was told about this place from a friend, when I moved to Krakow from the UK. The variety of games in here is amazing and you can find any game you can imagine. For me it was a dream to Play Sega Rally and Outrun, 2 games I spent ages on and the experience was the same, only now I struggled to fit in the seats which I have outgrown :-) but this didn't stop me feeling like a teenager again. You can buy a 1 hr ticket or opened ended and spend ages there. Whatever ticket you choose, you will have awesome fun and if you go with a friend you can play 2 player as well. On top of this, the staff are really friendly and speak good English. Go and relive your childhood or introduce the younger generation to the games your played and enjoy with them.
