My husband and I enjoyed together a 90-minute treatment at this very elegant spa located in a residential area on the outskirts of Krakow. Everything was perfect, from the nice and friendly welcome to the very professional massage. Included in the package was ginger tea before and after the treatment, a quick footbath, and the use of a bathrobe and slippers. The facilities are all spotlessly clean and designed with a personal and very stylish touch. Parking spaces are also avaiable right in front of the building - and this all comes at a very competitive rate. Highly recommended!

Totally worth the ride, this is a special spa that stands out from the crowd of 'Thai' salons in Krakow. We have not experienced the filipino approach to a spa treatment before, so here was our chance to try. We both had 1.5 hours Hilot treatment and it was fantastic. Will definitely return.

I am from philippines and my eyes was caught by this Asian Spa Massage here in Krakow.So i decided to pop by when i was going somewhere in the city,and Im very surprise with those super friendly Filipina staff in this place.It was a great experienced by one of the lady who did my super relaxing massage,and its really different knowledgeable technique.In addition,the place has a very elegant Asian design.I really highly recommend this place of RATANOWY HAMMAK to anyone who wants a relaxing and different technique of massage.

For my first ever massage, it was a very nice experience at the Ratanowy Hamak with courteous/professional staff which made you feel welcome& making sure you we're ok throughout the whole time.
I felt like newborn after the massage 👌 I'll be back for sure.

The best massage I had ever! I took the Ultimate Experience which meant entire Filipino ritual - 2,5 hours of bliss - I relaxed so incredibly well during the massage that it totally made my day. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to all my friends.

I found the message spa center through internet and it is a good decision to give it a try. I got problem on my bookings but the receptionist handled my problem and warmly welcome and assited me. They offer different massage technique-“ hilot” and ventosa( aside from the popular massage technique)..,, and i reccomend it if you like deep tissue message and if you have experiencing back pain.
The ambiace of the place are very comfortable and cozy, the Approach of the therapist are very friendly so you wont feel awkward to discuss your preference for your spa treatment.

Visited for a hand and foot treatment after several recommendations of the spa, and was very relaxing. The staff are very welcoming, as is the ambience of the spa itself. Highly recommended.

This spa is phenomenal - from the moment you step inside you will not want to leave! The Spa is absolutely perfect - this is truly an experience! The attention to detail is amazing with traditional decor, ambient oils and passionate staff who create a relaxing yet professional environment. Loved every minute!

Best massage I’ve had in Kraków! Great ambience and attention to little details in the interior that make it a very cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Will be back again and would highly recommend it.
