I attended the free walking tour with my girlfriend and her father when we visited Krakow for the Christmas markets in December. As a couple we always tend to book a free walking tour wherever we visit, as we always feel the guide are great and we get a good insight into a new city straight away. This tour we all felt was excellent, a good balance of humour, history, insight and education. I cant remember our guide name sadly, but he was excellent! he kept everyone engaged and tried to get us all involved and thinking as we walked the streets of Krakow.

I would absolutely recommend this company and their free walking tours to anyone visiting the city of Krakow.

We were group of 5 and we traveled to Krakow just after the COVID-19 lockdown was lifted, and we were looking for walking tour around Krakow for our 2 days trip, although we couldn't book through their website we called them and Bart (Bart from the Simpsons show :D) he offered private tour to us based in donations and we went with him for both days we did the old city and Jewish quarter... He was very nice, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly... Then we asked him for a restaurant he recommended a real nice authentic restaurant... Before leaving we gave him a Polaroid photo of our group with him to remind him of the first tour after Corona and he was very emotional and I totally recommend him and the whole company for any going to krakow and looking for insights and knowledge about the city.

We joined this tour after being frustrated that a payable walking tour of the Jewish Quater we wanted to do, did not happen for some reason. We just tagged along after spotting a young man with a Union Jack Umbrella with Free Tour on it. Boy am I glad we did. Bart, the guide was a fantastic, knowledgeable, passionate young man who thoroughly made our day. He was full of information. He made us smile, but also spoke with sensitivity and clarity when relaying the facts, on the more harrowing parts of the tour. We were sorry we did more have time to join one of the other tours the company does, but definitely next time we will. All that's asked is a donation at the end of a superb tour. Of course we were happy to give the money we would have paid for the other tour where no one turned up. Definitely recommended 😊👍

Did a walking tour with Eugene around Krakow Old Town. It was fantastic - exremely informative, very engaging. Eugene took the time to learn where each person was from, and chatted in between the stops.

It was quite cold and windy so he considerately spoke quite fast, but always checked if we could hear/understand him. The tour lasted about 2 hours, but if it had been less windy it would have been about 2.5 hours.

Great tour to start the trip and get some ideas of where to go have a second look around Krakow.

We have done a number of free walking tours in various cities and always find them an excellent way to get to know the city, as you get a more local insight. We did two tours, the Old Town tour and the Jewish Quarter tour; both took about two and a half hours. We happened to have the same guide for both – Chris. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. Be aware these are walking tours but Chris regularly checked that everyone was okay and would wait for the group; he did not move on to the next stop without making sure that everyone had any questions answered. I certainly gained a greater understanding of the history of Krakow and Poland, putting it all into context with the history of Europe that I already knew. Chris ensured that the history of unsung heroes and unrecognised outrages were told. It is Chris’ personal stories and passions which made things more real and will stay with me.

My friend and I joined the Sin City Tour, right after the Coronavirus restrictions were lifted, but most walking tours were either cancelled after booking or didn't even start. We didn't have much hope to join one, but we were really lucky to find this one. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and nice. He held the tour even when only the two of us booked that period. It was a good experience, would recommend to everyone.

Second time of going on the Jewish Quarter walking tour, this time with a group of friends and led by Chris.
The tour was super, and definitely the best way to see this part of the city. He was knowledgeable and good fun. Answering questions the group had and giving far more information than we’d get using a guide book or tracking around in a little golf cart like others.
The tour itself is interesting and saddening as it culminated in the former ghetto.
Would recommend anyone visiting Kraków to take part in the tour. And certainly we did it the day before visiting Auschwitz. Interesting to see effectively where done would have come from and what happened.

We both had the old city and jewish quarter tour. During the old city tour Bart explained the headlines of the history of the old city of krakow, the history was objectively told and sometimes contrasted with old (funny)legendes. Bart is a very passionated guide! Our guide of jewish quarter, Chris, showed us the most legend places of the former getto and Kazimierz. The places were well chosen, but it really was the motivation of our guide that made our tour excellent. He told legends, used photos to compare movies with facts and found an extraordinary balance between theoretical explanations and moving stories out of world war II. Thanks guys!

We toured the old town with Chris he was wonderful. Really knowledgeable and he had a great sense of humour. He answered any questions in depth and was happy to recommend bars and restaurants and the best museums etc. We will definitely do the tour of the Jewish district and the WW2 tour next time we visit. An absolute must whilst in Kraków, thanks Chris!
