My twin brother and I were pub and bar hopping around the wonderful Jewish Quarter ( Kazimierz ) when we wandered onto Plac Nowy, a square teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants, we decided to drop into Nowy Kraftowy ,a great craft beer bar we always look forward to visiting on any holiday we take to this fascinating city .
I love the look of this craft beer bar, interior is superb, it's got an industrial style decorative scheme, a very cool looking serving bar, beers on offer displayed on boards behind the serving bar and there's lots of seating options spread throughout this craft beer bar, its just a great place to unwind in.
We were here on a Tuesday night, a quick study of their beer range which I must say is very impressive, in the end we both opted to have pale ale's from Pinta Brewery, these were served in pristine condition, we kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular craft beer bar while sipping our pale ale's.
My pale ale was outstanding,a big fan of the beers brewed by Pinta Brewery, some of the most innovative beers brewed in the country, we visited their tap room twice on our weeks holiday in Krakow ,enjoyed great beers there in their tap room along Ulica Florianska, golden, hoppy, hints of toffee, a delicious aroma and aftertaste with a slight bitter finish to it we both enjoy, a classic Polish pale ale that was just so tasty, hardly surprising that this craft beer bar is so popular with beers served in this good a condition.
We really enjoyed our pale ale's in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Nowy Kraftowy we had a great time.
Nowy Kraftowy is easy to locate on Plac Nowy.
Opening hours are;
Monday, 1pm till midnight.
Tuesday to Thursday, 3pm till 1am.
Friday, 3pm till 2am.
Saturday, 1pm till 2am.
Sunday, 3pm till midnight.
Well worth seeking out if you're in the Jewish Quarter and a fan of great craft beers.

One of my favourite bars to visit in the Jewish Quarter is Nowy Kraftowy ,a wonderful craft beer bar that's always a joy to visit.
I love the look of this bar ,interior is fantastic,a cool looking serving bar with 25 beer taps serving a great range of craft beers,great decor and furnishings and superb wall art there's also an outside covered courtyard that's amazing ,this is were we chose to sit .
We were here on a Monday afternoon ,in fact this bar opens at 1pm on a Monday and we were here as the doors opened for the day ,we were greeted with a smile by a very pleasant member of the bar team,a study of their beer range and we both opted to have beers from Pinta Brewery ,I chose an APA ,my brother chose a pils ,served in cans freezing cold ,we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our beers.
A big fan of the beers brewed by Pinta Brewery ,in fact after we visited this bar we planned to visit the tap room of this brewery down Ulica Florianska in the Old Town called Viva La Pinta,my beer was really good,a beer with character ,a well balanced ,hoppy APA ,bursting with taste,zesty and very refreshing ,it was just so good being in such a great craft beer bar enjoying a quality brew sat with my twin brother Ste ,best beer companion in the world,he also gave a big thumbs up to his beer.
We really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time.

Lots of choice of beers. I think you can get 3 small glasses for 20 Zl. I liked the fact the bar wasn't too dimly lit and there was plenty of places to sit. I think there is an internal "garden" but this was screened off (it was fairly cold outside). We popped in for a couple, but stayed for 3 or 4. Hic !

There are a lof of craft beer cafes in Krakow, but this is the best one that we have been too. I think that more people think the same as there were a lot of people, The staff was friendly, there are 25 beers on draft, you can sit inside or outside (covered). And i saw that you can reserve a table also.

We visited here on a busy Friday night. We managed to get a seat and ordered drinks at the bar. We had a pale ale and a flavoured vodka. Drinks were great, bar service was nice and friendly, prices were reasonable, and atmosphere was great! Would definitely recommend and return.

Walked past this place and never noticed it at first. A little door in the corner by the plac nowy square but upon entering we were pleasantly surprised! A lovely little outdoor garden space and the beers were fantastic. You must visit this bar if you like your craft beers!

Seriously great beer selection, knowledgeable staff and a delicious if limited food menu. But you’re not coming for the food.
Your non-drinking friend can have a coffee. I’ve no idea if it’s any good. They sell great beer!

Probably the best beer place in Krakow. Cozy atmosphere, delicious beer and food for good price. They have up to 25 kraft beers to choose, good food to taste and good music to listen
