We originally booked an Auschwitz-Berkenau tour with Hello Cracow but our (early morning) tour was cancelled the night before on account of a lack of wider attendance. However, the company was very accommodating and booked us on a slightly later tour with another tour company - Cracow Local Tours Krakville - for no extra charge. We enjoyed our tour and Hello Cracow kept in contact with us to make sure that we had reached our new meeting point. Although we cannot rate the Hello Cracow tour itself, we were pleased by how accommodating Hello Cracow was in the face of a cancelled tour. A particular shout out to Przemek for staying in constant contact with us in order to find a solution!

Hello! Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback! Just as you've noticed, we always put our customer's best interests above everything else.
I remember the situation exactly, shortly after the outbreak of war in Ukraine, we had very few tourists in Krakow. Organizing a tour for two would have been completely over the budget, so we took advantage of combining the tour with our friends from another company.
I am glad that Przemek gave you a lot of joy and good service.

The trip to Auschwitch was incredible and we were able to get there quickly with our amazing driver Norbert.
In one hour,after travelling through several towns and forests through the highway, we arrived at our destination.
There we were told to do small break for bathroom and eating 5-10mins and then we entered inside after being given by our driver in cooperation with another women, the tickets and a stickers that identifies to which group you belong to.
Entering inside Auschwitch and seeing all this history unfold in front of our eyes was a thing we will never forget, along with the chimneys and rails at Birkenau that left us speechless.
I truly suggest booking a trip with HelloCracow and be sure to have warm clothes and some coat for the rainfall which can be present during your visit (we visited February 5th).
PS: make sure to pack some snack and you will also have to go through a “airport check” style when you enter Auschwitch

Incredible company! They go above and beyond to provide an incredible service. I booked a trip to Auschwitz with them, and they were able to pick us up from our apartment. They told us the exact time of collection, the drivers name and the reg number.
The van was very comfortable and the driver explained what our itinerary would be. It turned out that he was actually our guide in Auschwitz. He took great care of us all day and was extremely knowledgable. On Some other tours, people complain that they felt rushed, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this was not the case for us. The pace was perfect.
Further to this, prior to arrival in krakow, the company had messaged to let us know we could ask them advice about Krakow and offer support.
I asked if they could collect us from the airport ( as Expedia had managed to miss book our taxi). I had an instant what’s app reply letting us know they could - and they were cheaper than anyone else.
We were delayed by 3 hours, but our driver was waiting in arrivals for us.
We were able to arrange a collection back to the airport and again, they gave us the drivers telephone number and reg. He was on time and even called us to let us know he was on his way.
I will recommend this company to everyone who takes a trip to krakow!

We visited Auschwitz-Birkenau with Hello Cracow tours and it was very well managed, we were picked up from our hotel (we were a little bit out of the way so we paid £20 to be collected for 6 of us which is a bargain!
We also paid £8.87 each for a packed lunch (as we knew it would be a long day but you could just take your own lunch/snacks)
The dinner was a ham, cheese and salad wrap which was delicious a pack of biscuits, a chocolate wafer, a bottle of water, juice box, banana and apple as well as a pack of tissues!)
The tour itself felt a little rushed because there was so many groups it would have been nice to take more time, having said that the headsets were a great way to hear what our tour guide was saying and she was very fluent in English, she speaks English way better than I do polish that is for sure!
Obviously the day was tough, what these poor people had to deal with is harrowing and it really doses make you realise just how awful the whole situation was it is very much a must see!
I would not go back as it is upsetting but I’m pleased I went and I would recommend everyone to experience it once

Outstanding service! My experience with Hello Cracow is beyond good. I booked the tour to Auschwitz in late October 2022. The tour included a pick-up at a chosen location in Krakow (I chose my hotel), direct transfer to Auschwitz, where you are welcomed by a guide who in turn will be giving you a fully guided tour. I was in a small group of 8 visitors from different countries (language of communication was English) and I am very happy that I booked a slot early in the day, as there was only one group besides us, whereas later on, understandably more groups arrived and it became busier. Hello Cracow also offers the possibility to make use of a lunch package, in case you have not brought food yourself. The driver Kuba is very friendly and hospitable and the journey from and back to Krakow was very pleasant (you get to see some great views of smaller Polish villages and fields). What I saw during the tour itself, I will never forget.

What do we have to write for such an opinion? 😍😍😍 Just one big THANK YOU. We are the only company doing a tour in the small option. Ask about it, because it is really worth it. Then you will miss the crowds of people and really feel the atmosphere of this horrible place.

Avoid! What a let down!
We booked Auschwitz and golf cart tour on separate dates with Hello Crakow after reading various reviews etc.
Lots of communication via WhatsApp prior to trips, a lot of messing us about with the timing for Auschwitz but agreed to it as seemed to be a problem others have faced - we were picked up 5:45am instead of the 9am we had booked.
Most dissatisfied experience was our golf cart tour AVOID! We were let down, wasted our money and got nothing as advertised! Didn’t turn up at hotel (as we booked). Cart driver drove us from hotel to square - not as advertised. We missed museum entrance because of their delays and we ended up stood in cold square for 45 mins. In the end we decided to leave. WASTE of Money and our time!
They went from communicating daily prior to when we needed them they wouldn’t return our calls or answer our WhatsApp!
AVOID!
Now for us to try and claim our money back for a tour which didn’t happen as advertised and they failed to answer our queries on the day!

Our air b and b host put us in touch with this tour company to arrange private transfers to and from the airport. We then booked Auschwitz/Birkenau tour, salt mines tour, plaszow and ghetto tour, Schindler's factory, and a Segway tour. Amazing company, very punctual on every trip, very professional, knowledgeable and more than happy to talk to you about anything you want to know. Cannot recommend this company highly enough for anything you need during your stay in Krakow. Will definitely recommend all my friends to use if they visit this wonderful city ❤️

Pawel was our driver for the Auschwitz day and our driver and guide for Zakopane.
He is so polite, funny, knowledgeable and passionate about Poland past and present that we’ve just had the best time.
Auschwitz is exactly what it should be, although very overcrowded with tourists.
We weren’t sure whether to ‘lose’ a whole day of a short break to Zakopane but are SO glad we did. We were really lucky that it had snowed a lot overnight, was -9c and the sun was shining. Brilliant day out.

We used Hello Cracow for two trips and cannot recommend the company highly enough. I was anxious, given I booked and paid in England but I really needn’t have worried. Someone was available whenever I had a question and replied promptly and professionally. The arrangements were made clear and confirmed regularly and they arrived exactly where and when they had indicated. Lovely staff who all seemed to enjoy their jobs and all more than happy to answer any questions that we had both to do with the organising of the trips but also on the trips themselves. On my return to Cracow I will happily ( and only) book further trips with this company. Exceptional service.

The response from you perfectly reflects the way your tours are run. Yes we did spend 3.5 hrs in the museum being rushed around, but to comment that if we had wanted to stop and look at the exhibits etc. and should not visit is a pretty poor way of encouraging people not to book further trips.

A poor response because we didn't make you a refund for thinking 3.5hrs tour wasn't enough? I understand that this is a way of getting your money back. Unfortunately, but poor communication cannot be blamed on us. Thousands of satisfied customers testify to this. Have a nice day!
