My friend and I visited the nail salon in October. We had made a reservation one day in advance and were delighted with the friendly receptionist who took our booking. Our intention was to have our nails done simultaneously. The technician who worked on my nails was very pleasant and spent a lot of time ensuring everything was perfect. However, the younger technician who worked on my friend's nails appeared rushed and ended up hurting her hands due to her rough handling. Unfortunately, neither of us was satisfied with the final results. My nails had bubbles, marks, and small imperfections in the gel, and the nail polish was uneven. One of my nails even broke on the first day.
My friend's nails turned out even worse. She had requested a "Hailey Bieber" look, but the shimmer on top quickly chipped, and her nails had scratches all over. The shape of her nails was not as she had wanted.
We decided to return to the salon to express our dissatisfaction. The receptionist didn't handle our complaints well during our first visit. However, we returned on a later occasion and spoke to the manager, who eventually refunded our money. It was evident that the salon staff lost interest in being accommodating, as they didn't even bid us farewell.
They initially expected us to pay 270 zloty for nails that did not meet the expected standard. I must mention that the technician who worked on my nails was very kind and friendly.

I went to krakow with my friend for the weekend. On Sunday 26th Nov 2023 we came on Top Nails by chance and asked did they have an appointment, they did in one hour. So we each paid 50 zlothy deposit. My nails are gel so should not chip , but look at the photos. Yesterday Tuesday 28th my nails look like this . I do nothing but paper work so it’s not from hard work. I paid 230 zloty in total for my nails. And I gave the girl a tip of 20 zloty. So that’s 250 zloty. My nails are awful. Do not go to this place.
I want my money back.
Let me just say the people working in here were all so nice but they obviously do not have the experience to do nails. These nails are shocking. I will have to pay to get this gel off and I will have to pay to get them redone before Christmas. A disaster.

Absolutely fantastic service! One of the best manicure and pedicure’s I have had.
The staff were very friendly, respectful, professional and taking care and perfection of my nails.
Would highly recommend this spa for the price and quality. Will definitely return in the future.

I have had the most amazing professional treatment. The therapist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me excellent recommendation off treatment. I highly recommend you to come to the salon and enjoy a truly luxurious and professional pamper. I have never received treatment like this 5🌟A+

Turned up here without an appointment with some time to spare. Gel manicure by Natalia so thorough and well done I decided to stay for pedicure. Feet literally transformed. Couldn’t quite believe it for the price. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend. Never write reviews but this was too good not to.

Taya at top nails spa made my nails look great. I paid 100 pln, 50 when making the Booking and 50 when we were done. Also, They hade soooo many colors to choose from. Nice place!

The employees are very friendly, their work is flawless (in my case the nice Ukrainian girls helped me) and the salon is squeaky clean and beautiful.
You can pay with card and cash.
You can find cheaper salons, but these girls helped me so good, that I came back the next day for my manicure. They take all the time for you that is needed. Thank you girls!

Fantastic service. The nail technicians are very professional and nice. I took a manicure and I was so satisfied that I book appointment for pedicure and for another manicure as well, as I wanted to come back while in Krakow. I would 100% recommend the salon!

While I’m krakow I found the salon just off the main square. I had a 90 minute massage by the lovely Ania, it was the best massage I ever had. I’ve had many in the Uk, this was the best, beautiful salon and staff.
