Firstly, we found it very difficult to find the car. The pick up location is a very busy street, there were lots of buses obscuring the car initially, but we did manage to find it. The tour started out well. The commentary was interesting, the sights are gorgeous. There was an opportunity to hop off the car to see the dragon statue near its cave, which was an unexpected surprise and nice to see in action (I won't say any more so I don't spoil it!). The tour then continued for a while and we reached a couple of optional add-ons. This process became very confusing - the group nearest the front of the car loudly rejected the first museum stop, not really giving anyone further back the opportunity to speak up and say they would actually like to have a look. Then we arrived at Schindler's Factory. We knew this was an optional add-on at the time of booking and my partner and I had already discussed that we wouldn't go in, as I've been before and he wasn't particularly interested. The rest of the group initially did seem to want to go in and waited outside and the driver informed us that she would be back with us in about twenty minutes to finish the tour, and then she would return to pick up the other guests from the museum. However, the other guests then changed their minds and asked the driver to take them to a square with a bar in the Jewish quarter instead. The driver obliged, dropped them off, and then asked if we were ending the tour here too. We were baffled as this was not the agreed final drop off point and we were only two hours into what was advertised as a three hour tour (I'm now wondering if this actually means that it will be three hours only if you take up the optional extras - this is not clear at the time of booking). I asked if there was any more to the tour and any more commentary, to which the answer was not clear and then in the end we agreed to end the tour in this unexpected location out of sheer awkwardness. Bits of the tour really were brilliant, but I am honestly still very baffled and confused by the entire situation...
