We took room - Prison break, which we find the most interesting from what they offered to us, we came without booking so was only three rooms available at the time. Room for us was interesting and for the first time we managed to escape one minute over given time, which was 60 min, so we still consider that we managed 😄 room was not hard, beginners can try their luck, like we did. My partner did most of it so for me I needed maybe a bit more time to catch up everything. Prison Break was the standard escape room experience, puzzles, locks codes etc. Wolfenstein boring - just solving combination locks - no extra parts of the room opening. We played Wonderland which in itself was a fairly decent room. The room was linear and it was fairly obvious what needed solving next. There was one thing that didn’t happen near the end that should have. We tried it many times and thought maybe we weren’t doing what we were meant to be. It turns out we were and we spent 15 minutes trying it then if suddenly worked.
My main issue with this room is the way it is run by the company/games masters. When you ask for a clue you get told ‘give me a second’. This is because they seem to be running lots of games at once with only a few members of staff. This also means that they don’t notice when you have been doing the same thing for 15 minutes that should work but doesn’t. At the end of the game we finished (we think) so we opened the door and walked out. The GMs were in reception with about 15 people not paying any attention. The game time wasn’t stopped, no congratulations, no de brief, no photo. We stood for a while and then just left the walkie talkie on the desk and left. Underwhelming.

We visited Exit Room on our last day in Krakow. We booked the Killer room which I was very nervous about!
We were debriefed but there wasnt much of a story line, if any. We were seperated and the game started off very well. However there was no sound effects or music in the first room and we could hear everything going on outside which ruined the theme.
They also use safes which are locked for minutes at a time when you enter the wrong code in several times and these become increasingly frustrating. Better to just lock the door to the drawer with the safe with a padlock.
We then continued, and the ending was just a doll with 'The End' on it. No one came to the door. No one was paying attention as we had to ask what to do now we've found the doll via the walkie talkie. There was zero debrief, feedback request, just OK bye. Very odd and made it very awkward.
There were some really clever puzzles in the game. Some very tricky.
Probably wont be back.

I've been there for the second time, and unfortunately some human errors distrupted the experience. The first time, something was supposed to fall of a box - it didn't. The second time, we bypassed half of the experience, due to staff negligience. Still, paid the full price.

A group of 4 of us from England came to Krakow for a trip away and we are keen enthusiasts of escape rooms. We booked two rooms back to back, Sexmission and Wonderland.
Sexmission was really bad :( The clues didn't add up at all and the who experience was so poor because the items and room were really tired. It could be a lot of fun but unfortunately we didn't enjoy it at all.
Wonderland was a different story however. It was well put together and the clues made the room flow. We did enjoy this one.
The rooms are very cheap and are worth a go but I would strongly advise staying away from Sexmission!!

Made a late night booking whilst eating dinner. We did the prison break room. It was great fun and not too easy but we managed to escape in less than 50 minutes! Great fun

We had a go at the James Bond room, thought it was really good and very reasonably priced. Such a fun way to spend an hour gets you thinking. We were pretty hopeless but allowed to play until the end and the clues are pretty tricky!

The escape room was really well planned and a lot of fun! We really enjoyed our visit and game! The staff were great and very friendly, they even let us continue to play the room when our time had run out just so we could finish which was very nice of them

We visited exitroom yesterday. Me, my boyfriend and my daugther (12 years). We read about this place on tripadvicer and went for a try. We had a really good time and managed to solve all the tasks and mysteries in the room. We got out five minutes before the clock was done. A good activity for both families and friends. Give it a try if ever in Krakow.

We were three friends visiting from Norway. Had a great time! The staff was super helpful and kind and the rooms were challenging. We tried both Killer and Sexmission, would definetly recommend both of them. We’re probably gonna return the next time we’re visiting Kraków! :)

My 3 friends and I walked and with no prior reservation asking about the escape room and getting a chance to do the James Bond room. We had a blast. Jeremy is very good at his job and should be given a raise, we say! Good luck with everything Yarema! Cheers, Urška
