It is one of the largest and newest malls in Katowice. You can get there by car or by public transportation (bus or tramway). You can shop, eat, drink or people watch for hours. It is very clean, friendly and inviting. The brand name shoppes are pricey but with excellent service and selections. You can find here electronics, clothes, shoes, groceries, souvenirs, and other. The many coffee shoppes and restaurants offer free and quite reliable wifi. There is a cine with newest releases. I recommend the Beer hale restaurant on the second floor as it offers truly delicious traditional Polish dishes and a variety of artisan beers.

The biggest and the nicest shopping mall in this region.
Many places to eat starting from fast food to a good Italian restaurant on the 1st floor next to the cinema (owned by an Italian so, really a good food). Quite big cinema with several screens and many shops starting from low cost up to premium brands. Outside, in the next building also a pretty good sushi restaurant.
Be aware as prices in Poland can be sometimes higher (especially for premium brands, cosmetics, etc.) then in Western Europe and for sure much more expensive then in US.
Have a nice shopping!
PS. I chosen "Solo" visit as going there with your partner can be very painful for credit card ;-)

Whenever I visit Katowice I always go to Silesia CC. This shopping centre fullfils all the requirment for shopping and has some restaurants if you need something to it.
There is also massive Tesco inside if you need to do your day to day shopping.

Apart from hundreds of shops there`s a cinema and few minor restaurants around.
Also Tesco 24/7 is out there.
However I`m really trying to avoid this shopping centre - especially during the weekend.
There are better places to spend your money (not mentioning the other ones not to advertise anythin`). Too expensive - that`s in short and needs no further clarification.
Additionally number of visitors during the weekend reminds me of a football stadium before/after World Cup Final game.
Pros: Only one - Sicilia restaurant. As an expensive one has marvelous offerings!!!

It's the only one shopping mall in Katowice that you can find almost anything from restaurants to brand named shops and mega store like Tesco. I enjoyed a Greek snack kiosk with a delicious Pitaschio snack, a crowded Starbucks corner, Italian restaurant, pharmacy with various items and most of all Thai massage which was a surprise for me. I've tried the Thai massage and found a good quality of Thai masseurs. Another place to spend time if you have no place to go in Katowice.

The city centre does not have a great deal to offer the tourist, however it does provide a very real snap shot of life in Poland.
I had read previous reviews that said people felt unsafe at night.
Personally our group was fine, however there are a lot of people living on the streets, which could make a single traveller feel vulnerable.

I tend to dislike shopping malls as such, but that's one of the few that I actually like. All sorts of shops, both regular chain stores and luxurious ones, quite a wide range of fast foods and restaurants, a cinema, gym and 24/7 supermarket. Definitely the best in the region. Most easily accessible by tram from the city centre.

it has a post office, small h&M, tesco and so many other unecessary stores. the nail salon was horrible, poor customer service. saturn was over piced, but the coffee shops and cinnabon were exceptional. shoe stores.... unimpressive... C and A had a fat section... only store in the center that had a fat section

Assuming you want to get there from Katowice city centre it's most easily done by tram, lines 1, 6, 11, 19 and 23 all go there from Katowice Rynek. Get off at Dąb Silesia City Center. Visit kzkgop website for details. or download jakdojade app.
