I took the kids there for a swing. I was dreading it because usually no body speaks or wants to speak English. But they did. And they coached the kids nicely and efficiently. We are used to German rope parks and we were not disappointed.

We spent about 2 hours in the park.
It is great fun for all. Teenagers with a height of 160cm have all the variety (4 tracks) available to them.
Younger kids are limited.
Minimum height for kids track is 120cm. Ours managed it on her own with some encouragement and a lot of fun photos and videos taken from the ground.
There is one more medium track for over 140cm we didn't try it.
Teenagers and dad did the Omega (zip track) which includes 5 different runs, 2 over the river.
Great sport for the one taken the photos and videos 😜
The staff were very helpful and spoke good enough English to clearly explain safety rules.
Only discomfort was the WC that wasn't inviting (to say the least).

The staff does not offer non-polish instructions and does not allow other visitors to enter the park.

Refused to get us in cause no one of the employees speaks English. Refused to use google translate. They don’t wanted to take responsibility on us if we don’t understand them. My kids went crying . We will not be back and non of our friends.

Personal is sometimes rude , not service oriented.
Me and my family (wife and 3 kids) came to enjoy in the park, from the beginning everything was fine, there was an english speaking instructor that gave us instructions. When I finished my line, and my daughter started her , suddenly some instructor started disgracefully yelling "OUT, OUT , OUT" like some natzi officer, there was a lot of people all of them stopped and looked at him and me , trying to understand if he shouting on my 7 years old daughter, he did not understand english and continued to shout "OUT" , it was so embarrassing and disrespectful, when I asked english speaking instructor why he is shouting at my daughter, she told me that the ticket for this line she can use once, I told her that this is the fist time she is starting the line, then they stop shouting. After few minutes when I came to office to talk about the unpleasant incidents, same english speaking instructor contemptuously and disgracefully answered "we are handling this , OK ...".
This place doesn't respect tourists from abroad, so think twice if you want to spend your money there , and be humiliated by the stuff without even apologizing after mistake they did.
Now I will share my experience on rope lines , you meet instructor only when you get the equipment, when you go up , and have some problem there is no someone to help you or guide you when you on tree , when I glided from tree to tree it was so fun , but for some reason during a"fly" my body turned and I meet a tree with my back instead of front side , I could not hold a rope to prevent glide back , so I glide back to the middle of the lake , no one to help get back to tree , fortunately I'm in very good shape , I grabbed a cable and with effort managed to get myself to platform on tree , no one even knew that I had a situation there, so guys, if you do this remember that you are by yourself all the way even if this is a safety matter.
As a result I can say that park is very nice , well equipped and maintained, BUT I don't recommend to visit this place since personal can be rude , there is a lack of instructions on dangerous platforms that can lead to safety issues.
Cheers.
