Very well known sight of city on the way to Berlin- the biggest cemetery in Europe with tens of thousands of tombs and graves and make monuments - but honestly, one time of visiting is enough

Was there the first time to visit grave of a family member. Peaceful place full of trees and flowers. Very clean and taken care of. You have a feeling of a big park and not a cemetary.

The second largest cemetery in Europe ... A quiet place where you can walk, run, or just appreciate beauty.

I've now been here twice. The grounds are absolutely immense. The care, respect and decor is beyond any cemetery I have visited in the States, so something to see for cultural comparison. Several monuments and special memorials are located within the cemetery. On this visit,...More

These grounds are beautifully maintained and pathways walkable. Visiting on the evening of November 1 was an amazing experience. I love that the Polish people care for the graves of their ancestors.
