This contemporary City Spa is located in the heart of Szczecin in the Pazim business and entertainment complex which also houses the Radisson Blu hotel. Over three luxurious floors, Baltica Wellness & Spa offers a wide range of spa and relaxation facilities (aromatherapy, massages, mud treatments, a caldarium, a tepidarium etc.) and medical diagnostics, preventive care and rehabilitation (such as magnetotherapy, electrotherapy, kinesiotherapy and hydrotherapy). The spa is nice and located just next to the Radisson Blu hotel. It’s very reasonably priced and worked Well for a couple of hours relaxation. Could possibly get crowded during busy hours since It’s not that Big. Nice overall.

today i have visit baltica spa with my swedish friend, trying to show her polish hospitality. Lady working as a recepcionist was terribly mean and charged us 8zl more for 4minutes more in a changing room. She was incredibly rude and she left bad opinion on my foreign friend. I am really really dissapointed!!!!

Madam,
Thank you very much for sending us your comments on the functioning of the center. All information of our guests is carefully analyzed. As for the attitude of the Receptionist, this person has already been identified. We strongly apologize for the negative feelings you experienced with the contact with Spa staff.
We hope this incident will not affect our overall perception of the center and in the future you will decide to use our services to give us a chance to rehabilitate ourselves.

A very nice spa area. Super clean nice choice of various baths. Relaxing atmosphere although some of the options were not working properly. Worth a visit

This morning I went to Baltica to receive a mango massage and edermology facial.
The place, for inexplicable reasons, does not have an online booking system. This means that you either have to show up in person, call or send an e-mail and I recommend doing this well in advance.
Today starts with a text message asking me to confirm my appointment tomorrow, for which I have to call them and remind them that I have an appointment today, not tomorrow. When I arrive with my friend, I was again asked about my appointment tomorrow and have to explain once more that I don't have an appointment tomorrow.
The mango massage is performed by a nice lady who seems to know the techniques, but simply lacks the muscle mass to do the job. Though I asked her to press harder, not much changed. My friend had the exact same experience, although she had a different type of massage. Along with the soothing music you get the relaxing sounds of a grinder and a drill as they are renovating the jacuzzi. Conclusion: My cat could have done a better job.
Edermology facial. Lovely treatment delivered by a sweet lady who asked several times if everything was okay. The treatment consists of two rounds of suction/soft pinching of the skin. The first round is the fastest and sounds and feels like a handmixer on the face. Round two takes place at a slower pace and feels like a cute algae eater nipping at you.
Conclusion: Nice treatment, which for my part, however, required me to bite my tongue in order not to laugh at the thought of handmixer and algae eaters.
When paying, it goes haywire (again). Even though my friend already paid for her massage (which was cheaper), they charge me for the same treatment, though I just told them again that I got the mango massage. I therefore had to pay twice to paid the correct amount.
Overall conclusion: Baltica is the closest thing to a tourist trap I've encountered in the time I've lived in Szczecin.

Really, really bad masseuse. She didn’t know how to do a massage. I felt like she was petting me. The spa smelt like dirty feet and we were in there for max 15 min, because the hot tub was broken. Not worth the money

Payed for two hours. Left aften one. No towels to begin with.
Saturday. Dont go. Dont Know how it is on a weekday. Wery krovded and noisy. No place to relaxe. Came to Call down and relaxe but right now im more stresset than Before i came

The spa is nice with a very relaxing feeling. Clean and good hospitality. The treatments are also really good and the prices better then in many countries. The massage is a relaxing massage, not a treatment sport massage. Face and body treatments are really good.
