Our pride is Mera SPA, consisting of 35 treatment rooms, 4 swimming pools, including one outdoor pool located on the roof of our hotel (available only in the summer for our Guests over 16 years old). The PANORAMA terrace and the swimming pool located there are open only in the summer season (depending on weather conditions). RELAXATION IS IMPORTANT! Do you know, that the same as we need food and physical activity we need to rest? Remember what your body needs. Physical and mental hygiene is crucial to face the challenges that life gives us every day. Relaxed people are beautiful people. WE KNOW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOU, BECAUSE SPA IS OUR PASSION. This was the first time I stayed, usually stay at the Sheraton. Being right on the beach, the location is great for running along the boardwalk, rooms are more fresh than the Sheraton, would happily stay here again .

We went here and ordered the spa day package for my birthday. Nice pool area, very professional staff and excellent massage (thanks Carolina), I had the relaxing aroma massage. Highly recommended.

Visited the spa with girlfriends for the spa package including scrub, massage, facial. We also added a pedi to our treatments. The latter did not meet expectations, my feet were still dry and in need of scrubbing the day after.
The location and treatment rooms are really calming and nice, the staff very professional but perhaps language barriers are the reason they didn’t guide us through the different steps. If you wish to have a harder massage, you have to ask for it yourself. Definitely worth a visit!

I do not recommend a spa. My nails were done very quickly (I booked two hours but lady was done after 1h15min). She saved some time for herself but I was really dissappointed, it didnt look good, She just touched my feets with pedicure pad but without any Effect. Nails were painted really Crookedly, not mentioning that my skin was also covered with lacquer. I asked to align nails lenght but after all my right hand was different vs left hand. Worse mani and pedi ever. I can do it better by myself.
Message was OK but I was told at the reception that I can choose any kind of massage but therapist in room said she can do only one because she is specialized in it. So I had No choice…

Visited the Mera SPA during a summer week day. The cost for entrance and a coat was 105 PLN per person. There were a few pools, jacuzzi and relax area. As well as different saunas and similar. This was satisfying, but not top of the line. Some showers didnt function properly etc.
Unfortunately they had a child pool as well in the same area as pools and relax. At the time we were in the SPA 10-15 kids around the age of 2-6 years old were playing in the pool. Which made the surrounding feel more like a water park than SPA.
I guess this was because hotel firats had free or cheap access to the SPA. I would recommend going later in the evening if you are planning a visit. Also book your visit and treatments beforehand, it can get very busy if there is bad weather.

While staying at the hotel we booked for the couple's treatment of body scrub and massage. Very professional therapist, warm & clean double therapy room. Lovely relaxation room afterwards with lemon and lime water provided.
More a smooth, relaxing massage than deep tissue and not the cheapest but good non the less. Would definitely use the spa again.

I recently learnt that the Mera Spa was acquired by the Marriott brand. I was therefore eager to see if there was any major changes to the hotel beyond change of logo and what seems to be higher room charges compared to what it used to be. I found a few other things to be new. All mattresses was changed and improved. There are now ironing facilities, as well as coffee maker in each room. The most positive change in my view is that they have put in a gym with good selection. This is something that really was missing before. This now makes the Mera experience nearly as good as it can get. For people going now; the rooftop infinity pool might be under rehabilitation. Also one last tip to the hotel management; when there is little traffic like when we were there you might want to spoil guests with upgrade to sea view, so they will take back home and even better impression of their stay. I had three rooms booked all facing the other end. Conclusion though; the Mera Spa is still great and better than it used to be.

I've visited only the pool / sauna area, but hope to try some spa rituals in the coming future. The swimming pools are nicely designed and made of stainless steel plates, not of tiles like many other swimming pools. This is one of not many pools where the water is not chlorinated, so your eyes will not get irritated by chlorine.
There are two sauna entrances: one for nude and the other for non-nude guests, so if you prefer to sit in the sauna fully covered in a towel, no problem you also are welcome.
The relaxation area has many chairs and there is also another room where, especially in winter season you can relax after sauna bath by the fireplace.
There are also 4 jacuzzi: 2 inside and 2 outside, however in the winter time, at the time of my visit only 1 outdoor jacuzzi was operational. Also one of the 2 indoor jacuzzi had broken switch, so basically no bubbles were available. Hopefully the broken switch will be repaired soon, as I hope to visit Spa again in a couple of weeks.

We were three friends travelling to Gdansk. And we spent a couple of hours at Mera Spa. We booked the treatements in advance and everything was excellent. They were friendly welcoming us, we all had a great experience at Mera Spa. Relaxing and comfortable treatments. Would love to come back.

Very unpolite and unfriendly treatment by the straff in en spa reception. The Hotel reception and The spa reception were not in sync at all.
