We stayed in Świnoujście and went there for one day. There's also a place where you can see bizons near by.

Althoug most people visit this place in summer, it is more interesting in winter, especially if the sea in partially frozen.

Great place... Nice walk ... Lots of memories. Went there on a school trip. Love that place and I'm always going there for a walk when in the area.

At present, the wooden stairs aren't accessible so you only get a view of the sea from the cliff. It's a pleasant walk through the forest to get there and the view is lovely, but it's disappointing not to be able to get up/down the stairs.

We reached Kawcza after short, 15 minutes walk from the town. The most impressive way to the summit is to climb wooden stairs from the beach. The viewpoint hangs 60 m over the cliff in Wolinski National Park. Great place to escape the noise and crowds of seafront promenade and to contemplate nature.

These stairs are and will remain permanently closed. There is nothing written either at the bottom of the beach or at the top of the path to say why they are closed! It's a shame, because the path through the national park is beautiful and there is a lot to discover. That's why it only has a 2 star rating. Since last year, there has been an entrance fee for the national park. It's a disgrace! It's not justified at all. Especially since there isn't even anyone standing on the street side to collect the entrance fee. There are other paths that lead there.
