We went there with 2 children. One got really scared as it is really dark in there and the noises you hear from the figurines outside can be scary. it most likely also did not help hearing a baby crying in there. So long story short my husband took my 4 year old inside, who loved it. He loved the walkways and the different things you can touch. He said the old lady in a chair was scary, one of the figurines inside, and as it is dark inside it was hard at times to find the path to walk one. But overall he loved it and wanted to go back inside. The museum is small so you won"t spend a lot of time here. You get two discount vouchers for other activities so if you are planning to do all three things it might be worth it. Otherwise the price might be a bit too expesive for what you get but like i said one of my children loved it so it was worth it.

Compared to what things cost in Polan, we fornd this at medium experience, compared to the price. Sure at lot of woek has been put into this, but it didn't quite impress us so much as we had hoped.

From the other ratings, we expected an awesome experience. It was a major disappointment. Like many museums, you are given a headset with a recording telling you the history and some facts. However in addition you put on a pair of 3D glasses as you walk through the 5-6 small, psychedelic/fluorescent painted rooms. The story tells you of the fishing history of Kołobrzeg and the rooms are trying to portray scenes of a fishing village. Instead the most interesting thing to do is look at the floor for somewhat of a 3D experience, during which you forget about the story. Then before you know it, you walk through a door back out to the entry. I think we were max. 10 mins inside. I even asked the attendant if we missed something because it was over so quickly!! An absolute waste of money. My 3 year old didn't get it at all and the 8 year old got bored half way wondering what "more" should happen... 6D?? Load of rubbish. Totally avoid.

Don your goggles and step into a traditional Polish village on acid. The visual distortions and glowing stuff was quite cool, and the idea that you experience each room in time to the voice over was also quite cool.. but it never really got amazing. Maybe i'm just jaded, or have been to too many hippy raves; but once you've nerded out on blacklights before: this isn't much of a revelation.

I was totally disappointed. I've expected many, many effects, scents, sound, colors- but it was boring.
It should cost 1/4 the price.

Unfortunately, the bad reviews are true! This whole thing doesn't have much to do with 6-D.
The dolls are partly very old so it was pretty creepy for kids!
There was a face/legend you heard from beginning to end, it was quite nice!
