About
And so at the beginning of 2012 AleBrowar was established, the new business formula on polish market. At the present point in time we don't have vats, fermenters or packaging line - but instead we have eagerness and skills, which let us create unique beers. . AleBrowar is to be a part of a revolution, which will change polish beer market. We are the first craft beer bar of AleBrowar. You will find 13 taps with our beer. Somrtimes there will be colaborations or guests beers but they will be allways from the top shelve ! Visit us for the excelent taste of different beer styles, our great atosphere and nice and helpful bar crew.

Visited this place as it was one of the eleven craft beer pubs that participate in the 3 city craft beer trail (an excellent thing to do while visiting Gdansk ).
This place has a fantastic selection of craft beers to choose from, and it’s a great thing, that they give you a small sampler before they pour your beer, to make sure you will enjoy your choice.
Great service, great music,highly recommended.

I tried mango beer and was not over done, thick, and nice smell beer. Of course, the taste was so good. I will visit there again.

My wife and I had set ourselves the task during our holiday to complete the "Visit Gdansk" craft beer trail. This venue was one of the nine throughout the tricity area we had to visit, we visited others of course.
It's address is a clue it is in fact half of a unit, the other side is a pizza restaurant, more of that later.
The bar is over two floors. Downstairs is a nice size bar with tables and high benches, typical in fact of craft beer bars in the UK. One big downside for less able customers is the fact the toilets are only accessible down a steep flight steps.
They 13 keg pumps, with the type of beer displayed in a glass jar beneath. The prices are also displayed on the pumps. As in all good bars you can sample the beers before committing yourself. There is also a good selection of bottled/canned beer.
Staff are very helpful and speak good English.
Back to that pizza restaurant next door, although we had eaten we saw people bring in pizzas from there and eat them in the bar.
One big tip get in early as it gets very busy.

Great beer, knowledgable bar tenders, opportunity to have a taste before you decide - and you can bring in some pizza from next door Czerwony Piec. It was really busy on a Friday night and sitting was scarce, but we found a place outside. The beer is great, you can take it bottled as a takeaway.

Great bar from the AleBrowar people. I've been drinking AleBrowar beers around Poland for several years now, so when I learned of this place I was extremely keen to visit. AleBrowar have won several awards from Rate Beer, as the best brewery in Poland. I had 3 different beers on my visit: Rowing Jack (IPA), Crazy Mike (Imperial IPA) and Hoplaaga (Lager/IPA). This place is essential for fans of great craft beer!

The most amazing beer and staff. My favorite place to have a beer in Gdynia. Plus #1 beer in Poland. Can't go wrong. They have many beers on tap plus beers from partner breweries. It's truly an amazing place.

We were visiting AleBrowar as a pair. And we manager to taste most of the regulary changed beer menu. Drinks are cold and good priced for the experience. Really comfortable place to stay for an evening drink.
And the upper floor is just lovely.

If you like good beer, this place is for you. Also great place for chit chat with friends. Maybe prices are high but absolutely justified.

If you're a hophead, this is a place to go. About two dozen craft beers, most of them seriously hoppy to choose from. Bartenders knowledgeable, and willing to tell you a little bit about the choices or to give you a sample. Prices slightly higher than average, but this is well-justified, considering how good this beer is. An extra perk is the fact that you have great pizza next door (Czerwony Piec) and some nice seafood quick bites... the other next door (Honolulu). It's perfectly OK to get the pizza next door and take it here, and to get beer here and take it to Honolulu.

I stopped going elsewhere for beer in Gdynia, seriously.
