There are a couple of free of charge playgrounds with attractions relevant to age (toddlers to teenagers), and also alleys, places for barbeque / bonfire. You can find peace or have fun :) In general kids love this place. In the summer there are different events (city held concerts, sports events) and paid attractions for children (riding ponies, "train" to the sea shore, climbing park). There are toilets - TOITOI.
Drawbacks - no food or drinks sold, only when you go towards the shore in the summer there are some expensive sweets/fizzy drinks. Shops are in quite a distance. No shady area to hide on playgrounds. Not recommended in the evening - you may meet drunken people. Not recommended to take your shoes off, as rarely but still, broken glass can be found. Parking lot is rather small, in the summer sometimes it is hard to park there. You can still use the public bus to get there.

The former undeveloped land transformed into a zone recreation. The immediate vicinity of large residential areas. One of the elements within the seaside Sopot - Gdansk. It connects to a seaside park in Jelitkowo and Brzeźno. A variety of entertainment, dining, pier. Natural and artificial reservoirs of rainwater. Sandy beaches, forest trails. Well connected with public transport (trams, buses).

This is a huge park, and is very nice. It has a lot of playgrounds, and places to ride your bike. It is also connected to the sea, so you can walk to the coast. There are a few parking lots, but they are often full. Of note, near the main parking lot, is an area with restaurants and activities for children (rides etc)

Bit of a tram ride out of Gdansk, then a 15 minute walk but well worth the effort. The park is large and a great playground for the kids.

The park is an ideal place for cycling and running. It's also good for picnics and walking pets. I enjoyed walking with my cat there a few times. There are plenty of trees that she could jump on, places to explore and birds to watch. However, I did not appreciate rude comments from the local teenagers (who could not mind their own business) criticising the fact that I walk a cat instead of a dog.

Visited few days ago. They do the free 5k park run every Saturday at 9am. About 100 runners are there. The park itself is nice famous for its statues of Ronald Reagan & Pope John Paul. The park is next to beach!

Great for a walk, bike ride or rollerblading. It is beautiful in every season of the year. Go alone, with family, your dog... or for a lonely thought gathering.

This park is a bit of a ways outside of the main "city" of gdansk (at least for tourists) but is well worth it. There is a bunch of stuff to do for the kids (a large playground and enough space to run off a lot of ice cream energy) as well as nice paths for jogging og walking. The only negative I would say is that there are not that many eating places near by (bring a picnic and its perfect). We will definitely be coming back here if we are ever in Gdansk again.
While we were there our trip got cut short by lightening so we were only able to get a taste of this really nice park.

Fantastic place with everything you may need - bike paths, walking paths, playgrounds, pier and free wifi. You could easily spend the whole day there without being able to see everything.

Hi,
You can get there with public transport, but I don't think there is a direct bus line, you would have to switch. You can use jakdojade.pl/gdansk/ to look for transport.
I don't use taxis a lot, but it might be around 40PLN for the trip, I guess Best use most commonly known taxis like Dajan, As, Hallo Taxi.
