Family of two adults and an infant. Transfer of two hours from port of Gdansk. The chauffeur was on time, professional and accommodated our requests during the trip. The trip was smooth and pleasant in a modern clean and luxurious Mercedes V-class. We were very satisfied with the experience and will rebook a trip back. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Excellent communication from the start. Our flight was delayed several hours, I emailed late on the Friday and got a prompt response confirming they would track our flight and be awaiting our arrival. Upon landing we were met in arrivals by a courteous driver who transferred us to Gdansk very comfortably. The car was simply exquisite, black Mercedes Benz, cream leather interior and even bottles of complimentary water. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige if you want first class service.

I used Prestige Line for the first time in May 2020, for a transfer from Gdansk to Frankfurt Airport in Germany. A really top service with really top and prestigious cars and a 5-star service I was extremely impressed. It goes without saying that I will use Prestige Line again!

TOTAL DISGRACE: Didn't collect me at the airport and not responding to texts, phone calls or emails.

Booked via the Sixt MyDriver service.
Everyone had my inbound flight number.
Flight was delayed. So everyone should have known that.
Mailed the Sixt MyDriver service so everyone knew what was going on.
Arrived at the airport and Grzegorz Olech was not there.
He didn't reply to text messages or answer his phone.
No reply to my complaints either.
They're scammers who should be avoided.

First met up on airport, ordering online, altough our flight was delayed, we have someone meeting us upon arrival, then quality of car, and most of all, real genuine nice driver, so i am thinking maybe ask for pickup from hotel a few days later, though beeing from Sweden, that wouldn't happen, but off course there he was. I've tried airport transfers 3-4 times a year all around europe last ten years. Many good, some ok, but this has to rate one of the best in europe! Really reccomend,

We were picked up from the airport by a very polite young man who drove us in a Mercedes people carrier to our hotel and we arranged for him to take us back at the end of our trip. Thank you! Highly recommend!

I would like to thank everybody at Prestige line for providing first class transportation during funeral ceremony. Mr. Grzegorz was very accommodating even though we contacted him last minute. Everything was professional and on time. We used the service to transport immediate family from church to cemetery and to the restaurant afterwards. Driver and limo was also extremely helpful by providing transportation to our the priest. Thank you we are so happy we found your company and hope to use it again for other, hopefully happier occasions.
