Probably the best massage we’ve had!
Got 50min full body massages and it was everything we needed after long walks in Gdańsk. Especially the foot and leg massage felt amazing! Prices are very affordable and staff is very professional, attentive and skilled. This place did not disappoint one bit! Will definitely come back when visiting Gdańsk again!

Here it was very professional.
I had a Coffee therapy Slimming body treatment including scrub, serum, mask and 50 minutes massage - 120 minutes. PLN 400.
The scrub was incredibly good and well done.
Then I got serum and lay in heat for 20 minutes before she massaged me for 50 minutes. Recommended!
If I have to say something negative, it must be that I had to go through the reception to the shower, and that the shower was small and a little dirty.

Arcadia Spa is about 10 mins walk from Hard Rock Café, with a good location. The facilities is modern and great, and the staff is very friendly.
We had a pedicure with foot scrub, and i must say it was an amazing good experience. No pain at all, which you normally must exoect, and the feet was absolutely smooth after. I would highly recommend this place, and later this week we will try other services from them.

Three friends who booked an appointment for waxing. The therapist was late and this led to us not getting the treatments that were wanted/ordered. In addition, the therapist appeared very stressed and unhygienic in that the same wax was used on several girlfriends, and a wax stick was used throughout the class and dipped into the wax machine.

We had a couple's massage, which we were a bit skeptical about initially. But got a very good experience from this. The lady who welcomed us was welcoming and the massage room was clean and had a good atmosphere. The masseuses also had a calm and pleasant attitude. They also took the time to massage us after closing time. Good price, great value for money. Highly recommended!

I dropped in and got an appointment the same day, very helpful and friendly staff. I chose the classic massage, it was very good, but it could have been harder though. But that's my personal taste. Good value for money and qualified ladies working there. Can absolutely recommend and would like to go back!

One of us had a manicure, the other a pedicure. It was average, but nothing extraordinary. Both treatments were ok, but we expected it to be better. In our opinion it should’ve been more hygenical - for example did they not change the water in the foot bath from the first use (before the treatment) and the second use (almost at the end of the treatment). The personel was kind. Prices were ok. The room in which the treatments took place was very small. All in all, it was ok but it was not luxury nor anything special.

Two of us had a full body (50 minute) massage for 90 zloty each (approx £17) - an absolute bargain. The masseurs were friendly, polite and spoke good English. The massage rooms were very relaxing and calming with music and candles and delicate lighting. Really pleased that we decided to visit this spa over any of the others.

The three of us chose this Spa because it was close to our accommodation. We popped in to see the prices and turned out they were very reasonable. Also the atmosphere was really relaxing with candles, dim lighting and soothing music. We had various treatments (massages, manipedi...) and were happy with all of them. The staff spoke english and were extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked a full body massage and facial at the Spa and had the same prompt service to my email inquiry other reviewers commented on. The massage was really top class, I left feeling that every knot had been massaged out of my muscles - very good indeed. The Spa was an easy walk from my hotel in the main pedestrian area of Gdansk.
