About
Prana Spa is a place which was founded thanks to several years of experience, passion, and trust in the benefits of Ayurveda. It is also our response to the increasing need for discovering a way to achieve balance between one’s body and mind. We offer a unique combination of massages and treatments whose effectiveness is undeniable. Ayurvedic and Bali massages are performed by a team of qualified and experienced therapists from India, and the Indonesian island Bali. According to Ayurveda, the world is composed of five elements: ether, air, fire, water, and earth. All living creatures possess an extra element: it is prana. Prana could be defined as a life force, an elementary type of energy which is in charge of one’s physical, intellectual, and spiritual health and strength. Let us take you on a journey into the world of relaxation, rejuvenation, wellbeing, and —most of all —health.

I have had 'many massages in my life', but the Balinese Massage by Komang was AMAZING.
I can absolutely really recommend the studio; it is very clean, nicely decorated and as well the staff is very friendly.
Please go there, you won't regret it and come out with a big smile :-))

I am a professional traveler and I have massage in every single city I have been to ,, just arrived from London Warsaw to Gdansk ,, all I need that massage by Wyam ( I hope I write her name right )
She literally massaged every single bones and mussels professionally and perfectly.
Nice place well recommended,, from A to Z thanks for the help of the receptionist as well , I missed her name :-)

Wanted a facial, went in for a “consultation” by the dermatologist who recommended a deep facial. What was supposed to last 1 hour and 30 minutes was done in under 30 minutes. Charged full price because products were used but turns out my face “doesn’t need cleaning”. In fact, the dermo was in a rush as it was late in the day. I feel robbed. Disappointed is an understatement.

We’ve had the traditional Balinese massage and loved it. The masseus was kind and addapted to our wishes (gentle or strong massage). The Spa has a good and relaxing atmosphere. The lady at the desk was very helpfull and spoke good English. We recommend this Spa!
