The cathedral is known as the Big Red Church - however, not a long time ago it was repainted and it is 'white coffee' colour now. The Jesus Christ statue high up on the outside is quite impressive.

Well renovated cathedral in beige and yellow. Dark brown wooden ceilings: beautiful. A late 19th century building Ostrava can be proud of.

Beautiful and large cathedral in Ostrava. It was recently renovated. I normally love old historic cathedrals but even though it was renovated, it was still very impressive.

Located in the city centre, the cathedral amongst the largest in the Czech Republic. The building was renovated recently.
