The Information Centre in the archway of the Olomouc's Town Hall is open 7 days a week, daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm. It provides tourist information about the city and monuments as well as leisure-time tips. It offers information materials, souvenirs, discount card Olomouc region Card and tickets for cultural events. You can also book accommodation or guided city tours here.

Great for orientation prior immersing into this splendid hidden royal gem, seat of Moravian Archbishop. Equates Prague splendour but in size, so nice and quiet. Come to soak in history before its get crowded. Good wifi.

Sleek, multilingual helpful guides. Exhaustive information about any interesting sights and activities in Olomouc and Hana region. Based in Town Hall building, wifi. Many historical sights of this hidden gem are walking distance.

We went to the Information centre soon after arriving Olomouc. The centre, which is located in the Town Hall and with entrance just aside of the Astronomical Clock, organize different guided tours. Ask for information or see the website.
We booked the "Olomouc in a nutshell" tour, which took about 1 hour, and covered the different fountains and the Holy Trinity Column at Town Square, Astronomical Clock, a short history of the city. We also got to visit the Town Hall tower. Nice view over the city centre.
I will also recommend the Olomouc Guide - OLINA application (Google Play) for your smartphone. Guide with lot of information, several tours and GPS tracking possibilities (so you don't get lost) for offline use.
