Absolutly fantastic, for sure would go again, so much fun. For family friends couples teams, great team building staff were great also. 100 percent recommend. A little tricky for us to find the place so i would recommend adding 3 worda to the front gate, for the 3 words app that is. Thanks ian

I was my first experience with room escape game and I loved it!! We had a blast and I would recommend it to anyone!! Each of us had different thoughts on solving different puzzles and It was fun to watch how the game develops. Perfect activity for friends and families.

We spent one amazing hour playing the game with our nephews. It was a good change for the kids after a small siteseeing of the Brno Center and Christmas fair. We did not need anything special to play the game. Only visit the restroom before you enter the room as there is no escape after :). Turn off your phones and start the adventure. Good family entertainment.

BrainFAQ has a strange concept for the start of the game. Without giving anything away, you should read the instruction outside of BrainFAQ's door thoroughly to avoid confusion and frustration for the rest of the visit. (The place is in an old residential building with the lack of sufficient signs)
Being experienced escapers we rushed in which turned out to be a bad decision. (In my opinion the sign should be more aggressive to get your attention)
About the puzzles. There were a few good ones, with some idea behind, but most of the puzzles felt stand alone ones doing nothing with the story at all, thrown together for the sake to have an escape room.
Thumbs up for having a story, esplaining why you are there and why this whole space even exist, which most escape rooms lack.
A huge minus on the other hand is that most props were second hand (which I don't mind if they are properly refurbished) therefore dirty and overused to a point where I and my team mates barely wanted to touch them.
We did escape the room with a good time, but this room set up is barely an average one compared to others out there.
I wouldn't recommend BrainFAQ if you are new to the genre, cause it will cause you some frustration and might turn you away from exploring more and better escape games in the future.

thank you for your feedback. We are happy even for the critics, because you now gave us a nice impuls to improve our game. Actually you showed a point we are now working on in BrainFAQ and it is going to be fixed soon - to get more attention on the sign on our front door.
Entrance to the game is a little bit controversal and unique, so we totally understand that it is not everyone's cup of tea. Anyway, we are not very happy you are writing it online, because it is one of our surprising effects and lots of the teams love it totally.
We are really sorry, that you have a bad impression about our old fashioned and used furniture. But we really think that setting up an atmosphere of the old abandoned house with antiquarian furniture makes sense (and it is really not the cheaper way :) ).
I can also assure you that we have had a plenty of first time players and as far as we know, they were super excited about escape game genre and most of them have already played another games all over the world. :)
We really loved the way you played in our room. We wish you luck in your next games and we hope we will see each other again in the future.

We have taken this quest with our two little girls (2) and (5) and they enjoyed the adventure - treasure hunt - in their own way. Surprisingly we proved to be a better team-workers than we expected and we managed to escape in a great time.
We highly recommend everyone who visits Brno to sacrifice one hour of their time and check it out. You'll have fun, you'll excercise all your senses and you will only regret one thing - that you cannot do it again right away!

In the beginning, it was quite hard to find some clues, so you really need to use your brain :)
But moving forward to next levels keeps you excited during whole game and at the end you realise that it´s really worth it!

We were czecho-slovako-spanish group and we had a lot of fun there. In some moment we were really brainfaqed and we really didn't know what to do next, but with some clues, we escaped. I totally recommend this!

It is a really interesting and exciting game. We've visited about 15 such games in different towns, so have some experience :-) Game is difficult for two people but if there are 4 of you, it would be very interesting and complicated. Go and have fun! It worth every spent minute and every CZK!

This was my first escape room and it did not disappoint- two of us did the Heritage game and it was so fun, we found it hard, but not too hard, although we didn't quite finish!! We have lots of fun. The staff were lovely. Definitely a good way to get out of the cold for an hour or so. Easy to find and a good price.

We have already quite some experience with 20+ escape rooms and we very much enjoyed this one. The start is innovative, the tasks well balanced (I loved the spaghetti one the most), you are not bored and the difficulty is appropriate, the two of us made the room in 52 minutes and were working quite hard to solve all the riddles.
