Found this spot walking around Old Town Square. Criteria was outdoor spot with heaters and blankets on a chilly night. ☑️ Ordered a bottle of wine and water at first (more pricey than other nearby places btw). Then, one person at our table went to the attached Hotel U Prince’s Chimney stand to get a snack. The server immediately came over to say we couldn’t eat it here (please note: this place was not busy and the stand was owned by the same hotel). He made us put it in a box and proceeded to stare at our table to make sure that we didn’t eat it. (See picture) Weird, since this place let’s a random photographer go around and take pictures to try and sell them to you. Also, this place has pictures of everything on their menu. Some people are not okay with restaurants like that. Just in case you are one of those I wanted you to know. And, the Chimney wasn’t even warm. So, personally I would pass on the stand and the outdoor bar.

My review is only for the rooftop bar/ restaurant on top. We did not dine here. We came late in the evening simply to sit outside at a rooftop table to enjoy the views of the square and beverages. It is clean, comfortable, and yes nice views. The beverages were satisfactory.

Bought an ice cream and asked if we could sit at a terrace to eat it. It wasn't okay, although the terrace was empty.

Other than that, the coffee was nice. But I paid twice, and when I asked Patrick (the cashier) he denied it in my face.

We were 4, waiting for the clock gong and decided to eat something. Ordered burgers and juice/tea. The staff was nice and friendly, the food was good and came fast but the lemonade is disapointingly tastes wathery. The terace has an awsome view, is heated and they offer blankets also. Interesting habit of having to show the check at the restroom or pay a fee.
