We booked a trip from Prague to Dresden with Svejk Tour during Easter weekend. I cannot say anything about this company, because we were put in another company's bus (Express Tour) with no notification whatsoever and continued our trip with them.
No problems with Express Tour though, everything was nice and the bus was on time.
I've heard from other tourists that companies do these things sometimes, when there are not enough tourists. But during Easter weekend? Really?
I've written a review about it on the official website of Svejk Tour. Wasn't published, what a surprise!
Would not recommend it. Who knows where they will put you next time!
No problems with Express Tour though, everything was nice and the bus was on time.

I mast say that that i very nicely surprized after attending the tour with my hasband and two kids. I was not conveinced to go for it as it seemed like we managed to see most of the classic sightseeings on our own, but I noded to it because my kids wanted to see the guide wearing the skeleton suit. The guide (unfortunately dont remember the lady's name) was really charming and charismatic. She is my hero because she managed to keep my two hyper active boys engaged during the whole time. We came back home a week ago but the kids keeps on talking about it at home and at school. Myself and my spouse found the tour really cool as well. So well spent money even if you think you saw Prague1

Tourists beware!
We booked an underground tour at the Svejk Tour ticket office in Prague believing that we were in fact booking with a different company. The cost was over 20 EUR for 2 persons but we believed that we would be touring an 'historical underground area' for 2 hours.
We arrived for the start of the tour at 17:30 and were met by a man who could barely speak English. He took us to the start of an underground area at the Tourist information centre which turned out to be closed. Instead of taking us back to the office for a refund he decided to improvise a 'tour.' This basically consisted of him walking around in circles in Old Market Square and in the touristy shopping streets telling us where the best looking girls in Prague work. He took us into two pubs with a basement level and told us this was the 'underground'. When we complained back at the office at the end of the tour the lady who booked us on couldn't have cared less!
Shame on you for ripping off tourists!
