My wife, I and our adult son used Comfy Prague Transfer for three trips in the end of April - May 2023: a round trip Vienna - Prague (with two stops on the way to Prague) and a day trip from Prague to Dresden with a stop at Bastei. We were extremely happy with the experience: clear communications with Jerry during booking accommodating the stops we wanted with quite reasonable pricing; very friendly, punctual and professional drivers (both named Jan), with whom we had great pleasant, interesting, and informative conversations during the trips. This company is spectacular. They took us round trip from the airport to our hotel on the east side of Prague and back. Their pricing is quite reasonable and they respond to any inquiries in a timely manner. Both drivers were courteous and accommodating. Van was clean. Excellent English skills and no problems with communication. You really feel welcome and that they care about you. I would highly recommend them. It’s easy to see why so many reviewers give them a rating of 5. It’s rare to get transport with this level of service these days.

I needed a transfer to Prague from Budapest following a European river cruise. Comfy Prague transfers were great. I arranged it on line before leaving Australia and the service was excellent. The driver (Pavel) arrived early at the boat terminal and contacted us to reassure us that he had found us (the cruise line had changed the dock where we berthed). He was helpful, friendly and professional throughout the transfer, stopping along the way at Bratislava so we could have lunch. One of our group travels with a wheelchair and Pavel was very considerate with rest stops along the way. The price was very good too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comfy.
