This day trip was an exceptional value for the price. It included transport from our hotel to a central location, then continued on a small, comfortable tour bus. The tour guide provided really great service, including going out of her way to give my partner and me more time to explore the Sedlec Ossuary. It was a great introduction to Kutna Hora! I would recommend this service.

We used their services from and to the Airport but also to had a Tour in a Limousine around Prague. Fantastic!!!!!

We asked for credit card use and did not get it..The charge was at the maximum, went a round about way, drove on thruway at 140 km. We challenged his route but not answered. When arrived - Visa machine "not working". Learned from hotel we were much overcharged. On return hotel arranged a nice driver and taxi at proper cost.

please check the supplier, the company that provided this transport service for you. This is a mistake on your part. We did not provide this service to you for 100%.

We had a mixed feeling about our Airport transfer, but a great surprise. By our arrival the driver was right there with our name waiting, clean, new Mercedes, friendly english speaking Driver. Would use them anytime again.

George was our driver, arrived before he was required but that was not a problem. Spotless Skoda Superb, obviously George takes pride in how both he and his car are presented to his clients. Pleasant drive with enjoyable conversation and a handshake to say goodbye.

A young woman wearing an OFFICIAL TAXI SERVICE coat was waiting outside Prague International Terminal, near the crossing to the car park.
We arranged a taxi & the driver appeared.
Long story cut short: We paid ÂŁ72 for this 'taxi' to our hotel whilst a BOLT taxi was ÂŁ14!
I am FURIOUS!
DO NOT HIRE TAXIS EVEN WHEN IT LOOKS OFFICIAL.
Download the BOLT APP, & use them.
An UBER for the same ride was ÂŁ30.
We arranged a taxi & the driver appeared.

Hardly a luxury transfer - we were expecting a Mercedes and we ended up in a Skoda. The driver was in a pair of jeans and sloppy jo but he knew his way around very well.

You have booked a transfer for 3 adults and luggage. Since we have years of experience, we know that the Mercedes E class does not fit large luggage, so we have for greater comfort sent for you a larger car Skoda Superb, which can easily fit 4 large luggage and hand luggage.
We always welcome any requirements to solve in advance through our e-mail , so that we can fully satisfy you.

I wanted to do a day tour of Cesky Krumlov (CK) an old medieval town and on the "must do" tour list and is about a 2 hour drive south of Prague. Internet reports give poor ratings to the bus tours, as a long day and hard to enjoy the rushed tour of CK once there. A private car/driver was listed as the better option, some alternatives on 'goggle' showed Viator etc more expensive that Prague Taxi Service. Thus I booked a day tour with the latter (......................just me and my driver).
Peter (a local Czech from Prague) and his "E" class Merc. arrived at the hotel at the nominated time; he spoke excellent English (as well as German, Russian and some French n' Japanese). He was also great travelling company, knew a lot of history and associated events. He chose main motorway to CK (fastest way) but did a slower and more picturesque return trip on back-roads of farmlands and villages (was delightful).
Although tour costed only for driver and car, Peter wanted to accompany me around CK as well, so made for even more tour/history interaction. plus, having a local with me also helped with buying gifts n' souvenirs. Bought him lunch too.
Want an excellent driver/car, ensure you book up Peter and his "E" class Merc. He also does the city tours as well as intra/inter state trips (.....recently did Budapest).

When making reservation, they ask for a prepayment via credit card. This amount is blocked. When asking for changing the reservation / cancelling it, no one replies the e-mail (18 hours pending). It is also hard to get someone on the phone (two phone no. on the website). When you reach someone, "...the system is shut down and must write it again...". Of course, the payment is still blocked. Price to the airport is ca. 20 % higher then with other companies. Pavel
