I booked this walk for my family several weeks ago and was very eager to hear all about Prague through the Centuries. Well, it started out rough when we were paying our guide. They accept only exact cash, which is hard to manage. Between the 6 of us we finally came up with the right amount. We began walking at a really fast pace with the guide talking all the time, but we couldn't hear him over the traffic noise. We struggled to keep up with him for the whole time. The tour we booked was Prague through the Centuries which promised to discuss Prague's architecture. However, our guide took us on the Old Town City Tour which some of our group had already seen via a travel group. Overall we were sorely disappointed and do not feel it was worth the money. We had been anticipating a leisurely walk, and felt rushed and taken advantage of. After much research, I had booked this for the family and could not be more embarrassed by my choice of tours. Sorry for the poor review but when we are only here for two days, we could have spent our time much better. 😟 👎👎

Dear Emma, I enjoyed your company as well, you all were very active participants, asking many questions and that is a joy for every tour guide to have guest with such a deep interest. Be good!

Our tour guide didn't prepare well in that he took us to the Klementinum, which was closed and to the Rudolfinum, which was closed. He also didnt anticipate the security lines to get into the castle so we didn't end up going to see the "singing fountain." He seemed knowledgeable and showed us a lot of statues, plaques and places famous musicians had stayed. It was a very hot day and the tour really dragged on. We walked miles and by the time 3 hours had gone by and we were only at the first (Smetana museum) of the two (small) museums that were included with the tour, we decided it was time to give up and go have lunch before the teens lost it completely, so we forfeited the cost of the tickets for the Classical Music Museum.
