This is a cocktail bar where we were looked after. The drinks menu is original but really good, waiters always refill your water glass, cocktails are amazing and fair on the price. You get what you see. We were astonished by the quality of the whole bar so we decided to go there a second time while visiting Prague on a week-end.

I visited this lovely cocktail bar last week on Thursday to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly, made me feel welcome, brilliant service, drinks served promptly and fabulous selection of cocktails. I would highly recommend Essence of Channel. 🍸I felt the drinks were priced very reasonable as made to an excellent standard👌

We stumbled upon this little place whilst we were in Prague for New Year and wow...we were totally blown away by the range of cocktails on offer and the way they were presented was incredible.
Our server (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was fantastic and we felt like we were watching a magical theatre show as he explained exactly what the cocktail had in and how it was presented in a particular way e.g we ordered 1 cocktail that was presented in a glass that was on top of a block of charred wood (served used blow torch to light it) and we ordered another cocktail that had perfume sprayed around it before it was poured from a glass that looked like a Chanel bottle.
Absolutely amazing, we have a few friends going to Prague in the near future and we have recommended this is best place for romantic cocktails in Prague.

Everything from the entrance and the interior, through the menu and the service, to the actual drinks was simply magnifique.
We were sat down at the bar where we could see the cocktails being made by the barman who appeared more like the mix of a scientist and a chef himself.
We enjoyed our time here very much.
This place is for the special occasions or for those who celebrate life every day. Definitely coming back.

We had seen that Prague had some well regarded cocktail bars, and we are glad that we booked a visit to this one. The cocktail menu was largely cocktails we had not previous tried, so we had a couple of those and then some of our favourites. Service was friendly, and the place had a nice atmosphere. The only thing we felt was a bit strange was when the waiter asked for us to move a phone, as it was on top of the drinks mat that he wanted to place the cocktail on. This felt a little too OCD, and he could have just placed the drink anywhere else on the table.

My bf and I came once during our trip, but wish we had time to go back. Every drink that we tried was creative and tasty. The inside is also super cute and comfortable. We enjoyed the vibe and music. The waiters seemed to be running around because it was so busy though. Wish there were more staff members to help. Would definitely recommend!

A fabulous bar which seems to have quite the reputation and is living up to the hype. One for the classy and serious cocktail and champagne lovers, slightly off the beaten track but nothing too out of the way. Definitely recommend if you like your cocktails.

We were hosted by the owner of the place. He prepared all cocktails for us himself. Very open and passionate person, great atmosphere in the bar, very authentic and super professional. Tasty and interesting cocktails and amazing attitude. Will be happy to come back

It's really unfortunate to write a review like this for my favorite (so far) cocktail bar in town but there it goes. I am a returning customer having been at L'Fleur around ten times already over two years, always had good experience.
Yesterday it was very different: I was with a couple of friends that didn't know the place, I suggested to go to L'Fleur to have a cocktail.
We sat at the bar, we were given the menu and when the waiter at the bar asked us what we wanted one of my friend ordered a cocktail and two of us asked to choose an analcoholic cocktail.
The waiter didn't ask us what we wanted and just left. We were expecting -as the previous times- that he would suggest us some analcholic cocktail or ask us what kind of flavor we preferred. Nothing like that happened, he just came back after some time with some random analcoholic cocktail he prepared. I was very surprised and asked him what was that. He said he prepared the same cocktail one of us ordered but without alcohol.
I told him I didn't want that (I am allergic to one ingredient of that cocktail) and told him the previous time the waiter gave us choices of analcoholic cocktails.
The waiter was not happy with my response, he told me with bad manners he does not have time to ask questions and that I should tell him beforehand if I had some allergy.
He took my glass away and I asked for a lemonade.
He then proceeded to talk with his friends in the bar, browse his phone but he did not serve me the lemonade I asked for.
We left disgusted with the experience and we don't plan to come back or recommend this place. The high-level experience I was glad to find in Prague it's probably gone and the service is the same as the local bar where the customer is always wrong for some reason.
The waiter we interacted with was a big guy, tattooed arms, around 25/30 years.
Day of the visit: Jan 20 - around midnight

During a short visit to Prague last week, we were looking for a bar for a drink prior to a dinner reservation. Having visited another similar bar on a previous visit, we decided to give this a miss in favour of L'Fleur's extensive champagne and cocktail menu. We are big champagne drinkers, so this appealed particularly, especially as it was a special occasion.
We turned up to the bar early, at around 6pm (with a reservation). Staff were very friendly and offered some recommendations on the menu. My father chose a bottle, and the barman went to the larger champagne fridge to look for it. After several minutes of searching, no luck. We tried another - no luck. And another - still no luck. Three well known champagne bruts, ALL unavailable! We finally settled on a bottle that was available, but at over £100 a bottle it was not cheap, and with it we expected a little service. Sadly we were left to our own devices to serve our own bottle, despite being sat at the bar opposite a barman who was busy peeling lemons. I understand that bar staff often are not there to serve beyond pouring your initial drink, but given that we were the only customers, and sitting in front of the staff drinking a very expensive bottle, we expected a little more level of service. In the service trade ourselves, we looked at the service we would expect to offer our own clients, and what we received here sadly was not that. Unfortunately we weren't even bid farewell as we left, with a rather sour taste in our mouth.
If peeling lemons and idle chit chat amongst staff is the height of service here, then we're quite happy to give it a miss.
