Our tour guide Zaneta was excellent! She was a true local to Prague that was able to provide us with a great experience. The tours were all paced at our speed, and catered to our intrests. Zaneta made us feel very welcomed and gave us the opportunity to experience the Czech culture first hand with all the history and knowledge to back it up. She made this a vacation we will never forget!
Jacob our driver was very professional and always punctual. He provided us with a very clean, safe and comfortable ride. The routes he took often avoided high traffic areas and provided beautiful countryside scenery. He made even the longest rides very enjoyable.
Richard was a pleasure to work with. He was very accommodating and made planning our trip very easy. We also wanted to make some last minute changes in our schedule, and it was handled without any hesitation. 5 Star company to work with from the beginning to the end.
Thanks again to the entire team at Prestige Prague Tours for an amazing experience!

Zaneta Endlicher showed us a few beautiful spots in Prague. She was very patience, informative, professional and nice. She adapted her pace and tour by the needs of the group. It is always nice to hear more of the history from a professional guide!

Just amazing. We booked the Anthropoid tour for our school and a just have good words about that. Very interactive an well explained for the students keeping engaged during the all tour. The guides very kinds and professional. Everything from the beginning with the company very clear and well explained.
I only can recommend this company if you are planning to do a tour in Prague.

We were fortunate to have both Richard and Zeneta for our guides. Don't miss the opportunity to hire this company for your tours because they are passionate and engaged throughout the tour . They took the time get to know us personally and what we wanted to capture during our visit. We took a tour of Terezin and the Cesky Krumlov Castle. The subject of the Terezin tour was very sad however Richard made sure that we knew what to expect and stayed engage and informative. The tour to the Budweiser brewery and castle was beyond superb. We had some time restraints and Zenata's quick thinking and her ability to speak multiple languages allowed us to maximize our time and visit to the castle. Don't skimp on this part of the tour! if anything forego the brewery and spend more time in town and castle.
But most importantly, Zeneata and Richard of Prestige have a passion and knowledge that they want to share with you that makes the tour absolutely wonderful.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience touring the city of Prague and then on our last day touring to Karlstejn Castle. Zaneta was our guide on both days and she took such great care to plan our excursions. We walked around Prague visiting many wonderful sites. We were there for the New Year celebration and the following week. Despite it being quite cold, walking around the city was very enjoyable. Zaneta took us to a wonderful little pub/restaurant as a break from the cold, then we proceeded onward. Toward the end of the day tour, we again visited another nice restaurant for a lunch break. The pace of the city tour was excellent, we never got too tired nor too cold and saw quite a lot. Our next tour, two days later, we were again met promptly by Zaneta and our driver Martin. We were able to check out of our hotel, put our luggage in the car, proceed on our tour to the awesome Karlstejn Castle and then were dropped off at our airport hotel for our return flights home the next day. Karlstejn was a very pleasurable castle to visit and the views are to die for!! The little town reminded me of a quaint ski town here in Colorado. Once our tour of the castle was complete, we walked a beautiful snowy forest trail to an exquisite restaurant. It was so cute and cozy---the food and drinks were great. On our drive back toward Prague, we stopped at a beautiful canyon that is referred to as Little Amerika--just a little side attraction that was a surprise visit for my daughter and I. Zaneta also presented my daughter and I with an adorable little good luck charm that I will continue to carry with me always on my travels--such an appreciated and thoughtful gift for each of us. Martin was a wonderful driver on the snow packed roads and was very helpful with our luggage and anything else we asked of him.
All in all, I will definitely use Prestige Prague Tours again when I visit hopefully in the Spring. While I did not meet Richard, he was very flexible with our requests and made sure to fulfill them all. The company employs very enjoyable, professional people and I can't say enough for their ability to put together a day that is designed for your desires and experiences.

My family of 3 booked 2 full day private tours with Prestige Prague Tours during our visit in September. Zaneta was our guide, and we were very happy with her services. She was very knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth. It was like being shown around town by a friend.
Zaneta showed us various sights, including Prague Castle, Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter, Wencelas Square, Strahov Monastery and Vyšehrad. During our tour, we came across swans along the Vltava River, and my daughter and wife loved them. Later in the tour, Zaneta worked in another stop along the river where we were able to feed the swans. Needless to say, they were thrilled.
We had a great time, and thought their rates were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Zaneta and Prestige Prague Tours.

We recently visited Prague with another couple and wanted to spend one day seeing the main sites of the city. The rest of the time we spent on our own at our own pace. Prestige Prague Tours was a great find. Zaneta and Richard were prompt in meeting us and had outlined a walking tour that also included showing us how to use the rail system. Besides the main attractions, they took us to some out of the way places that we would have never have found on our own. They were so knowledgeable about the areas we visited and also knew how to avoid long lines, etc. At the same time they went at our pace....giving us extra time when we asked for it and skipping over areas that we were not interested in. This is the only way in our opinion to take a tour! Thank you, Zaneta and Richard for making us feel so comfortable in this beautiful city!

My husband and I started our first day in Prague with a walking tour by Zaneta. She was very professional, informative, friendly and well organized. My husband and I travel often and have had many tour guides - I have to say Zaneta was my favorite! She was so easy to be with for several hours and we really did enjoy her company! Richard was very prompt on setting up our tours and wonderful with follow-up correspondence! The boat tour we did after was beautiful! We enjoyed delicious snacks and a bottle of champagne! It was a wonderful way to start our vacation in Prague. Thank you so much for a wonderful and informative tour!!! We will recommend you to anyone we know traveling to Prague!

I found this tour via TripAdvisor and was not disappointed! The booking process was extremely easy. Richard was very friendly and responded quickly. I had to make a few changes to pick up date and they were very accommodating. Richard even made additional suggestions such as a evening boat cruise, but too bad we already had other plans.
The tour itself was great. Our guide, Zaneta was friendly and very open. The tour is personalized to your preference and we saw everything we wanted to see and they never rushed you to end on time. We could have gone beyond 4 hours if we wanted to. You could feel the love she had for her country in the tour which made us love it too. We appreciate the personalized service of pick up and drop off at our hotel. Lastly, Zaneta is a great picture taker. Highly recommended.

We are always flexible and personalized and not worried about time. Overtime is free. The day is yours. Zaneta is the perfect professional guide and knows everything about this city and country. During my first visit in Prague at the end of september, i booked a personal guided tour during a whole day with Richard from Prestige Prague Tours. and it was excellent. During 7 hour Richard showed me the essence of Prague and told me the most relevant story's of the city. I can highly recommend Prestige Prague Tours if you really want to get to know Prague and their history.
