There are impressive sculptures on the entrance steps, and Dvorak opposite the main stairs. By the side stairs, there are lions like those in London. Inside are a few stands giving information about political hassles of the recent past. Worth a stop if you're passing anyway.

“beautiful concert venue”

stumbled across this place after cutting through for a short cut, noticed the amazing painted ceilings, looked in and a lady said to come back the next day for this one of concert. went back and was treated to an amazing two and a half hour concert which included a couple of theremin pieces by an amazing lady. brilliant.
